What a fabulous post match interview with Clive. Sounds really well grounded and a really nice bloke.

His ambition could be infectious.

Really like him. He gives a good energy to the front line and today when he tired we felt it. He’s going to miss easy chances and fuck things up but his work rate will get him chances.
I like him too, he does have a tendency to overplay at times and defensively looks a bit out of place playing RW. Overall, he’s a good player and will do well for us.

If we can replicate the depth we in our forward department elsewhere, we would be unstoppable in this league.

He worked his nuts off, and scored a good goal, but he is really poor on the ball. He did a brilliant job out of possession though.

I don't think he has the touch, vision or nous to play in the 10.

I think that’s a fair criticism and I think its quite apparent what he is lacking.

Good player within the right system and alongside the right players. Two goals already this season. He will get more through sheer effort. Seems a top athlete.

His composure for the goal took me by surprise, so maybe he does have that in his locker?

Have a feeling him and Bassette will be really big players for us next season if we're still in this league.

Has only played 82 minutes for us in the championship so far without a goal , but scored 2 in 2 in the cup for us

It’s extremely handy that he can play on the right with Saka’s injury record. I agree he doesn’t always look like a natural finisher but then again his goal against us last year and his composed finish last night indicate otherwise

Its not really fair to imply Saka has a bad injury record. He's only had 2 injuries, and one of those was an assault where he fractured his spine a complete freak injury and the other was from a heavy challenge from Doyle which bruised his ankle.

I saw a tackle just like Doyle's a couple of weeks back in a girls match luckily the intended target of it skipped out the way!
