really? can you explain that comment?
They wooed the council and have delivered on their promises to the council and continue to do so.
SISU battled the council and expected the same outcome

worse than another out of town hedge fund getting their hands on it with a 250 year lease?
You are a smart bloke. You don't need me to keep drip feeding.
And the wage bill will be further reduced. With the crowds getting smaller surely we will get further away from break even and there isn't much to sell now player wise.

Hypothetical scenario now... SISU bought the Ricoh and charge CCFC £1.3m p.a. rent! Would that be ok in everybodies mind? If not How the fuck do CCFC go on rent strike..... Take your time guys, I've got all night!
In theory yes, but I dont believe our wage bill at the minute is anywhere near the lowest in the league and we're punching well below our weight at the minute. A lot of that is down to poor recruitment and poor tactics. And the league position will fall further
Breakeven will always be one step away

It all depends on how low the crowds go. Like I said earlier thr majority of league one and two clubs have attendance's less of 5k, and a significant portion less than 4k and 3k. Sisu could still run a club on those kinds of attendance's.But there is a point where even that becomes difficult, but then we are still carrying people like Finch,Lawton and others
they did do. For over a season. It all depends on how low the crowds go. Like I said earlier thr majority of league one and two clubs have attendance's less of 5k, and a significant portion less than 4k and 3k. Sisu could still run a club on those kinds of attendance's.

But they even admitted it killed them.
Do people want SISU to pump more money in and be in debt to them?
Will people be OK with SISU wanting every penny back?
I don't really want to be in any more debt to them.
Not if there using the club to offset losses?

Thats how I feel. I also think someone would prefer to take us over at breakeven then be able to invest and add value to the squad straight away, instead of having to stump up £6-7m to fund losses and keep the status quo before being able to strengthen.Do people want SISU to pump more money in and be in debt to them?

Because the wage bill wasn't reduced to compensate for the lower gate receiptsBut they even admitted it killed them.

Seppalla is on record vowing that she and her backers would cover the losses incurred via the moveBecause the wage bill wasn't reduced to compensate for the lower gate receipts

Come on NW, you know common sense isn't allowed on this forum!Given the club couldn't sustain itself on that, why would SISU bankrupt its own company to leave itself with an empty stadium?

Ok. How much do you think they would rent the stadium to CCFC for?
