Spot on the bastards have fucked my club up good and proper and instead of thinking about the coming season I come on this fucking site to hear good news for a change and all I get is shit news. Then I get twats who support those cunts and cant see or dont want to see what theyre fucking doing not just to the club that I love but the City that I love. Its also forget it Im going out
Who has the ultimate decision on whether to accept ACL's offer?
a) The administrator
b) Joy Seppala
c) Tim Fisher
d) The administrator but as advised by Joy Seppala
e) Tim Fisher but as advised by Joy Seppala
f) None of the above
Surely it's the administrator because he's ultimately in control of CCFC Ltd in administration.
I know you are treated like some sort of last word on everything on here (and seem to get no challenge) but I think we all understand the sums. OF COURSE its a better deal than Northampton - but its still not a sustainable one without F&B etc or the possibility even of negotiating an agreement over it. Quite why ACL would think this would be acceptable to SISU or indeed all but the most rabid of anti SISU types is baffling.
Trying to justify it as a good deal does your credibility no favours.
If sisu turn this down then at least we know they really DO want the Ricoh for FA
Unfortunately this is good news for Coventry City back at the Ricoh but for me I support the NOPM campaign full stop thus it looks like it will be a long time before I'm watching CCFC again. My personal choice but I cannot hand over any more of my hard earned money to SISU.

Most of my season ticket money last year was earned mainly reading useless trivia on Wikipedia.
I think you will find those who do work hard are those that refuse to give SISU anymore. Take that as you will.Just wondering if we have some of the most dedicated, hard-working employees in the country.
Everybody seems to hand over their "hard-earned" money, nobody ever hands over their "just sat on my arse all day, fucked about on the internet for a bit, answered a few phone calls, and then pretended to do a spreadsheet til finishing time-earned" money.
At least it's a balanced economy, mine was earned writing useless trivia on Wikipedia.

Got a feeling you already know that no matter what the rent deal is on offer Seppala has other things in mind. Why take all this trouble, spend all this money and get diverted at the last moment. Never has been about the rent or F&B's . Purely about ownership, and ownership at a knock down price.
Not really, simple really, if you don't work hard for your money why worry where it's spent, those that do work hard tend to look at how it's spent and to whom. The point is whether people like it or not, I support the total NOPM campaign as my season ticket money can be better spent else where. What a weird thing to make up.
Then the FA/FL need to step in and tell them that with this offer ground sharing is not an option. I'm sure there is a rule.
Leicester is just up the road, I'm sure you'd be very welcome, maybe then we won't have you bleating NOPM on here anymoreUnfortunately this is good news for Coventry City back at the Ricoh but for me I support the NOPM campaign full stop thus it looks like it will be a long time before I'm watching CCFC again. I think you will find I'm not the only one but just in case NOPM.Leicester is just up the road, I'm sure you'd be very welcome, maybe then we won't have you bleating NOPM on here anymore

maybe not, but the majority just want to see our team play in Coventry, sisu out can wait, surely. Marching to keep the team at the Ricoh and then boycotting still is a little dumb don't you think?I think you will find I'm not the only one but just in case NOPM.

The ACL offer revealed today includes discussions about Coventry City obtaining more matchday revenue, including food and drink sales, which are tied up in a contract with private company Compass.
How does wanting the football club to have the revenues it generates make you pro sisu?
It depends, I was on the March but very vocal on "We want SISU out" thus I was there for 2 reasons. I'm definitely not going to bemoan anybody watching at the Ricoh but for me it's more than that. I said on another post, if you look at the team when SISU took over and spent just a little to improve it I believe we would have been challenging for promotion to the premier League yet we are league 1 club with little or no assets, that is what SISU have done.maybe not, but the majority just want to see our team play in Coventry, sisu out can wait, surely. Why does it matter if its sustainable? Correct me if I'm wrong but nothing in this deal precludes Sisu building their own stadium. It simply offers better terms in the interim.
As I see it, the ONLY reason to reject this deal is if you were moving out of the Ricoh for some reason other than building a new ground.
You are so right ! We will find out on Friday , sisus game plan (possibly)Why does it matter if its sustainable? Correct me if I'm wrong but nothing in this deal precludes Sisu building their own stadium. It simply offers better terms in the interim.

Agreed, regardless of whoever owns our club, I don't think anyone here would not want CCFC to be able to get the most revenue it can towards the bills and fair play rules.
But IF contracts are in place with compass, ACL etc, then SISU have to accept that or pay the going rate to buy those contracts. They can't just be given away - that really would be a kick in the teeth for the ratepayers (most of which probably don't even like football).
