Coventry City can confirm that the contract of Bright Enobakhare has today been mutually cancelled.

We wish Bright the best of luck for the future.

The Club will not be providing any further comment at this time.

You couldn't make it up.

I really hope no one ordered his name on their shirt

Finally. Pissed off we wasted our time bringing this clown in instead of getting some proper cover for O’Hare. Hopefully we can rectify it in January.
That's the biggest failing of the summer, no cover or competition for o'hare.

Was worth a try and glad that as it hasn't come off we're not stuck with paying him no matter how little he was on.

No one knows, the drama queens on here though reckon hes mugged the club off and hes about to get his contract terminated 😂

Facts are though he's had no pre season, picked up a knee injury against Northampton and had a 'Personal Issue' according to Mark Robins. The personal issue is the thing everyone's disputing as we don't know if it's legitimate or not. Either way just let Robins deal with it, i for one think we will see him on the bench in the next few weeks

Brilliant

I was one at least trying to back him until proven otherwise... And there it is.

What an utter prick. Last I shall speak of his name. Doesn't deserve to be associated with our club.

If only we had someone like Jamie Allen or Jodi Jones available whi cou.....
......oh hang on!
Allens not really a number 10 though is he? He's more of a box to box player, and doesn't want to play on the half turn, and is better with those runs from deep.

Jones though is one which Robins should be giving more football to, to see if he can fill that void. The game against Fulham was a prime example of where he could have given him 15-20 mins at 4-1.

Neither are competition or cover for O'Hare.

I'm certainly surprised that Jones hasnt had more minutes in the no10 roll, if he is called upon to replace O'hare its asking a lot of him to be match ready from the off.

He was in another country when he was supposed to be playing in a U23 game
Well I don’t think it’s damaged us too much as I said worth a gamble imo hopefully now it’s resolved Robins will come out and explain things a bit. He’s obviously an odd character, had decent dosh as a youngster and preferred the good life. Might regret that one day.

Another one

As most people it was wait until something offical happened before passing judgement, as it's happened now it's such a massive waste on both sides but definitely for the best that we cut our ties with him and hopefully means we get a bit back in budget to bring in some backup for O'Hare in jan
