Fair comments above.
O'Hare is brilliant.
To be fair to the wingers they both got through plenty of defensive work today.
McFaz great performance - is vital for our defence. Hyam similar. McCallum improving - what a prospect.
Walsh - excellent first half - you can see the quality.
Kastaneer is receiving a few criticisms but I actually like his energy and dynamism in the final 20 minutes. Has something to offer in my view.
Two highly decent teams and a very high quality game.

The 2 wide players are not good enough at the moment the promoted sides will all have good wingers robins needs to get them pair of dereks firing

According to Beeb we outshot them 13 to 7 and 7 to 1 on target. Can't complain, top of the league (Barring Ipswich overtime)
Good point but with that many shots on target, you'd normally expect a goal.

Good result against a good Burton team
Need to back up with 3 points on Tuesday night.
Then 10 days rest for the players and hopefully Mason, Allen and Kelly all fit to start.

Give Kastaneer a chance. Should have scored last week, could have scored today. Has energy and I see similarities between him and Hiwula, got the ability to do things but could quite easily not be in the game for long periods.
I believe he will score goals, get bookings, miss sitters but ultimately have an impact.

Solid performance against a strong team at home by the look of it.
Could of snatched it but a draw was all we deserved on the day.

Will happily take that point. At least we were going out to win the game. Top and still unbeaten can't be bad.

I think O'Hare will start next game, just not quite sure who for. Personally I think he'll replace one of Hiwula or Jobello.

Hiwula looks shot of confidence in front of goal. Kasteneer is like an excited 8 year old as soon as he gets on the pitch. Jobello did his but defensively while he was on, fair play to him. I like the idea of us playing out from the back but I find it painful to watch as I'm constantly expecting a misplaced pass.

Decent point that. Burton will be up there come the end of the season and we are missing three or four key players.

Should’ve nicked it at the end, but a win would’ve been unfair to Burton.

O’Hare needs more time on the pitch, we are so much more threatening with him on.

I kinda like Kastaneer, I think he’ll settle and he’s clearly trying hard. He’s not the only one that wasted a good chance today. Godden was excellent, thought Shipley had a decent game, McFadz MOTM.

Think we had a slightly off day tbf and Burton at home were not that good other than in periods when we sat back. Think callers are giving Burton too much credit. If you were a home fan you would be pleased you did not lose it and should have when Kasteneer missed. We will be better next game.

Definately want O'Hare starting Tuesday. Mason back would give us more outlet on the ball than a very good Mc.Callum effort.

What a game that was, best 0-0 I have seen for a while!

Gutted we didn't take one of our chances but if someone told me we would be unbeaten in the league and top by mid-September I wouldve laughed in their faces!

Bring on Wimblesdon on Tuesday!

As someone said in another thread we have to expect that we will make some mistakes that will lead to goals whilst playing it out from the back. Thought some of the passing out of defence today was quality, but a couple of feet either side it would have been coming straight back again. However, it’s working so far. Good to see us play with a consistent plan and stick to it even when we are up against it.

Wingers (do we play with wingers?) are getting some flack, but kastaneer and jobello are both new and finding their feet. They both obviously have ability, whether we can get the best out of them remains to be seen. Certainly not writing either of them off yet. Thought jobello worked hard today and did plenty of defending. Kastaneer looks like he’s trying to make an impression in limited game-time to me and his first touch sometimes let’s him down, he ends up chasing it. Works sometimes if he gets there first.

Hyam and McFadz both immense today.

Didn’t feel like a division 3 game to me — fast paced, end to end and some lovely football from both teams at times. If we could do it for 90 minutes every game we’d be 6 points clear by now. Burton looked good at times and passed it around well, but ultimately their shooting let them down. For such an open game to only manage one shot on target was surprising, but I’m not complaining.

Bring on Wimbledon.
