I'm not sure SISU could have done it through the football club due to the level of debt to the owners and no written guarantee that their loans wouldn't be called in. SISU could possibly have done it through a new entity but then we are back in the situation of the football club stlll being a tenant etc. Then with the levels of interest due on the bonds how would a football rent be able to stay at current levels and give increased access to revenue streams?

this is it. We will always be indebted to someone. Propco, Bondholders, Wasps etc.. The calculations should have been made before we did "hard ball" or bust. Hope Anderson is here to work out the best option to get out of this predicament ( or rather indebted at the least possible disadvantage ).

What about the ones who always divert when it suits? Les Reid started the latest Butts saga. It seems that he was vindicated about the CET. Fair play. We were discussing the Butts revelation though, which appears to be wrong. So why mention his dispute with CET on a Butts revelation thread? Which stance is he taking now? Why? Peeved with the CET? Mates with SISU? I don't know. Maybe he does know which side his bread is buttered. I don't know. Time will tell. It is unlikely that he is totally neutral after all that has happened. As usual it is off thread. Butts = Wasps = Telegraph suppressed story about the Ricoh = CCC lovers = Wasps.
