We still need another centre midfielder
I don’t get why people keep going on about midfielders. How many do we need?

Sheaf, Eccles, Torp, Rudoni, Palmer, Allen and maybe even O'Hare is more than enough.

Doyle plus a top keeper and maybe another striker are the ideal combination.

Rudoni's ability to play as an 8 really gives us some flexibility. a new CM would be nice but not top priority atm.

Did I miss something? Why the renewed talk of COH?

Do we even need him? I can't see where he fits in with Rudoni now signed up, O'Hare is too similar to Rudoni, we need something different, someone who can split a defence. Palmer can do that but needs to be upgraded.

If we can keep him then surely we would do?

Still one of the best in the division for me.

He has to go.

He clearly does not want to be here, but play at a higher level. You need the squad to be 100% committed. We only play one in the pocket so to have Callum and Rudoni means a highly valued player on the bench.

If he does not go, make it obvious he is not part of plans, somebody is bound to come in at the start of the season

You want to lose one of our best players, even if he is willing to stay?

If he signs a contract then he’s committed himself to us

The playing perspective is one thing and ability is something that can be argued in whichever direction people want, from a management perspective however, I'm not totally sure about this. There are some risks in this which need considering if indeed a u-turn has come about.

Rudoni doesn't play in the pocket and regardless, you need more than one player able to do it. O'Hare has never shown anything but full commitment, the nonsense on here about him dropping off this season is just that.
