Think it’s 13 and under can’t consent ever. 14/15 there can be circumstances. The length of time and stuff this looks like grooming and the family have found out and pressed charges to take a while guess.

Don’t think the two years is in law. I was looking into this for another internet argument a while ago. There’s the laws and there’s the guidance as well. Generally it’s set up pretty well to recognise the complexity in relationships.
Just saying this girl could be 15 and have “consented” but it’s still rape because of the circumstances of how it happened, her maturity, etc. We don’t know 100% she’s under 13.
