It depends.

Against Millwall it was the worst performance of the season because we didn't have as many shots on target as against Derby.

Today we had more so should please some people.

They played a half with 10 men and we didn't have the urgency to go for the kill and 3 points.

Genuinely mate are you happy with the football at the moment or is it all trolling?

Yes

Wins, draws, and losses. The only thing that matters
To be fair we have played

Cardiff 21st in the league drew 2-2
Millwall 11th but they had 4-5 of their players out won 1-0
West Brom 8th lost 2-0
Hull 24th won 2-1
Portsmouth 22nd lost 4-1
Plymouth 24th won 4-0
Millwall 13th drew 0-0
Cardiff 22nd drew 1-1 against 10 men

5 of our 8 games have been against bottom 4 teams. The first game against Millwall they had 4-5 players out, you won't get 6 better teams to play in your first 8 games than those.

That's only relevant if you think there's a problem with this group of players, I personally do not - although I understand there are people who think they are poor.

Well three different men have managed them this season.

The problems have remained the same.

Either something is wrong with Robins, Carr, and Lampard or the players are shite

Who is coming across as somehow ‘happy’ after watching that?

This is a huge window now because so far, Plymouth aside, we have seen nothing encouraging. If these players really are so garbage then Lampard needs to be making some serious demands and doing a lot of business.
You've not seen anything encouraging, I disagree and think there are things to be encouraged by.
That said it's still a big window, would like to see 3 or 4 come in personally and there's 3 or 4 I'd drive out of there myself too, although I don't think that will happen.
We also have our 2 best attacking players to come back from injury hopefully very soon.

See this is another conundrum, I agree they're spineless, yet they've shown enough bollocks to turn games around under all 3 managers this season, so there's evidence there for anyone trying to refute it.

For me there's a real mystery around why this group are so shit because they've shown sporadically that they're not.
I said back in September they pick and choose. MR echoed that just before being sacked and Chris Wilder pointed it out in November too.

We came out all guns blazing second half then looked very complacent after the red card. It needs people out on the pitch to galvanise people, guide players through the game and to offer some consistency.

Leadership in other words.

Are his own players coming in with better tactical ideas too?

He isn’t getting 19 new players in Jan. He needs to get the most out of what’s here. That’s was the literal task as described by King.

You think King is going to publicly slag off his own players?

There was a problem with Robins, that's why he was sacked.

Carrs not a manager, and can't be assessed from the time he had anyway.

Now do Robins’ first 8 games of the season

First of all apologies to Surfin' Steve who I was standing next to. I left without saying cheerio. Sorry. You were excellent company

1. Game of two halves. Poor in first better in second. Frankly should have won

2. Thomas had a shocker particularly in the first half. Sheaf also seemed incapable of getting the right weight on a pass

3. First half we were very very poor on the right and Tats was as much use as the proverbial fart in a space suit. Lot better in the second. They gave him a bit of space

4. Simms a big improvement on Norman. He gave us an out ball Has to keep his place

5. Rudoni is wasted on the wing. And a midfield of Torp, Eccles and Sheaf just does not have the pace.
Oh and yet another good game in Jake the Man

If he can publicly slag off robins he's not going to have an issue slagging anybody off is he

Where did he slag off Robins? And by that I mean criticism of his abilities

Well like most people I've been banging on about this for ages.

I hope this is the root cause, because this is the easiest fix of the lot really.

Carrs not a manager, and can't be assessed from the time he had anyway.

So he had personal issues but decided not to take time off, allowing the team to suffer?
