We have been ever since we started renting the ground built for us from a London rugby club. And just like that, we become a laughing stock again
“Last season the condition of the pitch was highlighted as a concern and we expected that this would be addressed by Wasps and the Arena, who are responsible for the pitch, over the Summer – sadly this has not been the case, and this is the result of that, plus the large amount of use at the Commonwealth Games last week.
“I am seeking urgent talks with Stephen Vaughan, the Chief Executive at Wasps, and the Arena over the condition of the pitch, and expect immediate and significant improvements to be made to make the pitch playable as soon as possible.”
Dave’s not happy

Yeah that looks like it’s going to take weeks to get up to scratch.Looking at the pictures I would be surprised if there’s any football played on that for the foreseeable future
Embarrassing.

Joke. We deserve a points deduction.
Definitely a possibility of both, are Wasps liable, surely as the owner of the stadium they areI had a call from a friend who thinks the EFL will at least fine us for this, and possibly issue a points deduction. Anyone know what the actual rules might be around this?
Not sure we do
100%. Take some responsibility. Should have been a drop in pitch after concert. We shod have made it happen.
