tbf, he has the personnel, and he's always shown himself as pragmatic, using the tools he has. Also got one of the best chairmen out there... but said chairman doesn't always get the management decisions right.it is, but it'll be interesting to see how he can take a team formerly managed by Warnock and bring in such things as overlapping centre backs.

He's now signed a new 3 year contract at Oxford and had the release clause removed.
