It's nothing to do with fearing QPR as such, but you must know by now that on any given day, we can win, lose or draw against any team in this division. There are so may variables which will only pan out as the game unfolds. The fear is more one of the law of averages, in that they are due to win a game at some point, and given their comeback at West Brom in their last game, and the return of their better players, their fragile confidence will have been boosted a little. Many of their players are also the same one's that have played when beating us fairly comfortably at their place in the last 2 seasons.
I don't see this being the easy game it looked a couple of weeks ago, and if our players go into the game as complacently as some of our fans are we will get beat. If we are going to win we not only need our players to play well, but to also physically match the fight I expect Ainsworth's team to start with. As per usual, the scorer of the first goal is likely to be crucial to the eventful outcome of the match. Let's hope it's us.
