Preston are clearly not truly awful as they are near playoffs

Only Rotherham seem dead and buried this season. No easy games in this league.

They are awful. Look at their form since October. 21st in the form table over the last 6 games as well.

Had a freakishly good start to the season while outperforming their xG to a ridiculous scale and are now reverting to the mean. We will finish above them.
