Kitching far and away our best CB. Thomas and Binks are both quality though
Thomas has huge potential but is liable to an error a game , Binks is more composed albeit lacking the same physical presence .

Personally think if Binks was right footed him and Kitching would be our starting pair but still happy with Thomas and Kitching

I’m not so sure , Robins doesn’t like players getting a bad disciplinary record . He certainly wound Gus back in early last season , I wouldn’t be surprised to see him make a point tomorrow night
Difference between first sending off (should have walked away) and second (fractionally mistimed tackle - not a discipline issue).

Still think everyone to 14th is alive in Playoff race

But worried wba will pull away too and it will be everyone fighting for 6th

Right now would hull and Norwich look the biggest threats to our spot but really could be anyone's as of yet.

Hopefully some of them lose their games in hands. Won't be a gimmie that's for sure

Draws might not be enough but for tonight I am happy

Agree that I can see us being in the race for the final spot with around 8-9 other teams. I’m not convinced we have the quality in squad depth to do it this season.

I agree - I’ve got high expectations for next season.
You look at the contracts thread and next two years are all people we prob choose to move on if we had a choice. Not cos we don't like all of them but because of there is an upgrade available we should do it.

Moore
Kelly
Allen
Palmer
Tavares
Bidwell

Etc

Only outlier are godden and o hare. One we want to keep and one we don't.

Hopefully they are very cautious owners and don't throw loads of money at it to support player purchases and cover large wages!
Fans seem very happy!
They're nearly always happy until reality hits home. Then when they don't get everything they hoped for they can very quickly turn against a new owner.

And it isn't as easy to buy success as many think. Other than restrictions on what can be spent it can still go wrong. Stoke are still an average Championship side. Then you can have the money being put in turned off for many reasons. What happened to the Leicester owner was tragic. But they went from Premier champions to the Championship in not many seasons. The Russian situation has had an effect also. Chelsea are not the only side to suffer.

To be a success you need more than money. A competent manager who doesn't waste the cash is top of the list to me.

Just clocked that it's WBA v Southampton tonight. Draw would be good but I'd be happy with a Southampton win, very unlikely we'll catch them so might as well do us a favour.
