Luton haven’t got the same grit about them. Very surprised they’ve not been able to strengthen. Baptiste a good signing for them if he stays fit.
yeah, i was surprised when he said they were playing a couple of kids an struggling to get people in

Two soft goals conceded by Luton so far..

Burnley have been pressing like bastards, our aaatb will be torn to shreds against this lot of they're on it.
I agree - how their player didn’t get biked for dragging down Morris is beyond me. Gonna be right cynical bastards.

I think, based on this performance, that Burnley are a shoe-in for automatic promotion.

I will reserve judgement on Luton until they have played some of the lesser teams, such as us.

Both of these teams will be very different come September 1st and will likely be weaker. Hopefully we’ll be the opposite.

Probably a bit of a reality check this weekend in regards to the actual strength of some of the opposition.

Massive reality check. I still find the fact so many non Cov fans are backing us to challenge for autos as a bit crazy.

I stand by the fact autos are well out of reach but we really should be challenging for playoffs. If we get there we will be 5th or 6th.

Sadly I agree but I could well change my mind if we can get another couple of good players in before the transfer window closes.

One new signing, Coventry 5 Oxford 0 and we'll be top 6 certainties. One week later, a narrow defeat at Ashton gate - 17th. Such are we football fans.

I said 6th before the season started and I’m going to tentatively stick with that for now. Autos always felt like a massive pipe dream. It’s simply too hard to compete against these parachute clubs.

Burnley look awesome, good job we didn't play them on Saturday. 😱

Everyone creaming over Scott Parker.

Promoted from the Championship with just relegated Fulham and Bournemouth teams with the best players in the league. Now handed the best team at Burnley.

He’ll be sacked 2 games into the PL season next year

It's the energy of the Burnley players that has impressed me. Can't see them not winning the league based on one game!!

2nd place still up for grabs, after Hamer leaves :ROFLMAO:

This has hit it home to me how tough it will be to get out of this league. The two tonight (even though Luton were off it they will recover) plus sheff united and leeds are all very difficult to compete with in these league

Only way we’re ever getting out of this league is via the play-offs. Ipswich getting autos last season will retrospectively go down as one of the greatest footballing achievements of the 21st century imo.
