What I thought was bonkers was the idea that we could expect to stay up by selling a striker who is pretty much unique in this division and plenty of other managers realise that. If indeed we had sold him to Middlesbrough as Wilder was strongly hinting at he'd have torn us to pieces on Saturday and we'd be on an even worse points total than we already are.
So yeah it's still kind of bonkers in my view.
