I haven't found or read anything that suggests the WHO have confirmed it. All the reports of no new cases are coming directly out of China which is why I'm not believing a word of it until an independent source such as the WHO confirms it themselves.
To what extent are the draconian measures being enforced though? Just under 100 million migrant workers have still been working through the lockdown in order to keep their manufacturing arm functioning at some sort of capacity - and realistically many of their factories won't be a leading example of implementing health and safety - so I just can't see how they aren't reporting anymore cases as that's a huge number of people working together in close quarters.
Would anybody else do better though? No leader in the world could have predicted this happening he's following the best scientific advice

Agreed. A bit wet behind the ears, and he's been catapulted right to the top very quickly, but yes he is serious and speaks with calmness, composure and substance.
I think he will be the next PM.

No, he's proving to be an awful chancellor who does seem to understand macro economics.They've obviously seen something in him to promote him that quickly.

We might not agree on how to read a graph but we do agree on this.
