Any points being made to the effect of 'yeah but Italy and Spain have lower populations' and 'yeah but care homes' ignore the fact that we have an enormous advantage of being an island and also had the advantage of time over mainland European countries. NZ and Australia have used those to considerably greater effect than we have

That's exactly what it will be.

It'll be suitably vague though, so that it's open to interpretation and many people will just return back to normal, therefore the government can cover themselves and blame the public when the inevitable second wave hits.
