I don’t think it was premeditated just once it was out they can use it as a diversion and make the best of it.

They do it all the time. Like I said earlier, with constant incompetence and scandal there is always something else to move onto and they’re never really held to account for anything. It’s the same as Trump.

I think that's why Johnson said yesterday that he's been banned from making announcements and deadlines.
