We had 6 people in our row with no Cov kit on show never seen them before - returned late from half time and left 15 mins before the end - 😳

I hope I do not come off bitter when I say I was not impressed with Ipswich at all and we gifted three of the four goals to them via braindead errors.

First from Allen, second no specific error but we let him inside very easily (and that is literally all Jack Clarke does, well, besides falling down), and third and fourth were terrible passes out by Binks and Lati (I've not looked back, this is from memory so please correct me where applicable).

Overall, not too fussed about going out of the FA Cup and losing to Leeds. Beat QPR and the good feeling is back. With Grimes hopefully getting up to speed, a much needed rest for MvE, and the imminent return of EMC, Wright and Sheaf, and this could be a really interesting and, hopefully, exciting end to the season.

Agree with this. Don't agree there's a huge gulf between us an Ipswich. Thought they looked poor overall.
It was a total gift of a scoreline.

Let's hope that dreadful starting XI pays dividends against QPR.

I have about 30 people around me every week in block 16 without a cov kit on , one left at 2-0 against Leeds , said he was too cold and couldn't be arsed

Choice is wonderful thing

Over the last 24 hours I've developed a strange dislike for their fairly inoffensive fan base.

Very League One I thought. Leeds fans too. Club bigger than they are.

Leeds fans have always laboured under the misapprehension that they're a massive club, when really they're just a well-supported one. It gives them an arrogance that's not warranted.

I've always rather liked Ipswich, possibly more to do with their ground being my favourite one to watch a match than anything else, though. Being sponsored by Ed Sheeran is cringe-worthy (but better than a betting company, at least).

Well Leeds is the biggest 1 team city in the UK , they should have big support

88 on Wednesday and 80 today for me. Just doesn’t seem worth the whimper in the cold.
I did very much the same. Too touturous to stick it out to the end.

I think they were Manc fans building up points for the final that will
Inevitably get to with a dodgy offside decision

Tbf they are a massive club. Big city, big fan base, fair sized stadium and they’ve won things.

60s and 70s they were.

For most of my life they've been a bit of a yo-yo club (one title and a period where they almost drove themselves out of existence aside).

Their achievements in the last 40 - 50 years don't warrant the arrogance of a section of their fanbase, is my point.

Most fan bases in the Prem and Champ are probably arrogant and entitled to a degree though.

I’ve never worn a Cov kit to a game. I like to think I support Cov.

I also, and this is the guiltiest of admissions, left 10 minutes early yesterday. It’s the first time I’ve ever done it. BUT we ended up only getting parking right next to the stadium, and I was imagining how awful the traffic getting out would be, we were 4-1 down and had a drive back to Cardiff to do.
Hangs head in shame.

Stayed in the bar downstairs today for the first time ever. It was the first game I have not watched this season. Disgusted with not wearing sky blue at home and even more horrified at the cartoon badge on the shirt. That was not my team that lost today. Let’s hope the ‘sky blue’ army can drive us to a victory on Tuesday. Play Up ‘Sky Blues’
Course you did.

Only ever wear my retro 60's top when we get to Wembley. Settle for a scarf during the season.

Dogshit defending today and against Leeds. Lampard isn’t our saviour.
Need to see what happens in the summer .. fans have been saying some of those players where not the answer when Robins was in charge so we need to see what budget King can raise and allow Lampard to bring his own players in.
Grimes is great first signing don’t think anyone can doubt that.

We might have to see Dasilva if Bidwell is injured unfortunately

Hope not, I'd give Burroughs a run out, has to be better defensively.

Not Lampard signings who else is he gonna play. 🙈

If you think there's going to be a major turnover of players in the summer I think you're going to be disappointed.

These players haven't done too bad defensively since New year and I'm sure they'll be OK going forward but they're nowhere near ready to repel the likes of Leeds and Ipswich and getting to that level isn't going to happen overnight.
