So, I do feel Wright is not physical enough to play the central role and if he is scoring goals where he is - why move him. I've nothing against EMC and do feel a bit sorry for him
Wright has never looked that good/comfortable receiving the ball with his back to goal which is essential for a lone striker, don’t think it suits him at all tbhI was merely suggesting that it was worth trying.
We bought Wright as a central striker and it may be that, having found some goalscoring form, he can continue scoring from that position.
EM-C has a tremendous record - yes, in league 1 - for both scoring and creating goals. Can he repeat this in the Championship? I have no idea but we need to play him on the left to find out.
The rationale for trying it is that we may get more goals and assists from EM-C without losing goals from Wright. It might not work but I think we should give it a go.
What we are doing at the moment isn’t working.
Fickle word you hear a lot in football, so after following the club since 1967 ,Only 2 things more fickle than owners…. Fans and players …
If it’s not turning round King won’t have much fan unrest if he makes a change as long as it is an exciting one
Currently 2 Nd from bottom too if Portsmouth win.I was merely suggesting that it was worth trying.

Yes - please don't take it that I was dismissing your view. I certainly see the 'what we are doing ATM is not working' counter argument. I just feel that the key issue right now is probably more confidence more than formation so I'd go with playing players where they have been comfortable in the past... but who knows. It does feel a bit like we are locked into a death spiral. Really need the fans to be up for this game.I was merely suggesting that it was worth trying.

Because I would choose a team that play with intensity and drive.Drop Wright because? We don't like scoring goals?
Wright does play with intensity and drive, he's probably the only attacker we've got who has shown any of that.Because I would choose a team that play with intensity and drive.

His stats without the ball are fine, he does his bit defensively. It's not worth sacrificing his threat on the basis that he's not a great tracker, is it?With and without the ball?
If we look at all the forwards, they're probably better running at defenders. Even Simms with his physique can't trap a ball.Wright has never looked that good/comfortable receiving the ball with his back to goal which is essential for a lone striker, don’t think it suits him at all tbh
Sleep with both hands under your pillowI just want a clean sheet!
Get a dead arm when you sleep with one arm above your head!Sleep with both hands under your pillow
We have played 5 at the back with 2 holding MF and still conceded last two. Only chance of this on my view is if we finish them off the way we did Blackburn. Attack, attack, attack!I just want a clean sheet!
He has a bad leg and a broken neck?Well he was shaking his head when he came off and limping. So it just seemed a bit more serious. At the time, at least
Now his bollocks are broken? There's rumours but could be, and probably is, bollocks
4-0 win absolutely bury them...

Can't you just pay a tenner?I’m in Turkey but obviously keen to watch the game. Any ideas what station / how? Not had to use my usual go to dodgy stream yet this season and typically it isn’t working today….
