We did, we really should have beaten them comfortably and missed plenty of chances both home and away. One of the most gutting moments as a Cov fan to lose to them in that quarter.
Noel Whelan missed a golden chance in the first game i think it was ahead on the six yard line

Pompidou?
Only available on Thursday afternoon 12.00 - 12.15, and if you are accompanied by Eli Roberts.

(Also, I think Henry's anecdote about posting a letter is one of the funniest things I've ever heard.
Insisted that the GLW listen to it.
She wasn't impressed.
Different strokes for different folks I suppose).

I’ve never liked Sheffield United since they beat us two nil around Christmas when we were flying hard with Tony Mowbray.
They were a cheating, Diving dirty bastard team.
Strangely enough, like most teams in red and white stripes.
Reasons I don’t like them
- that tackle on Lameiras not being a red
- the protest game / singing for SISU
- 1998
- Sorry everyone but I actually prefer Wednesday 😬

I hate everything about Sheffield United. Never liked them and I hope the players are up for it. Depends what team attitude turns up tomorrow but we need to give everything and get 3points.

You're obviously in a right state you don't even know what day it is. 😂

Nah, they 110% pipped Sunderland to the title of 'Clubs I shouldn't hate but do' earlier in the year with their carry on

I won't rest until Sheffield Wednesday are liquidated and that delipidated shit tip of a stadium of theirs is flattened

I mean, you're not required to make a choice between Sheff. Utd OR Wednesday.

We are forgetting the plucky third party candidate: Sheffield FC. "The World's First Football Club"

My pick is neither, but it's a good night out nonetheless

Wednesday showed themselves up last season with the response to the Palmer racist incident. The amount of their fans trying to argue a case for it was scary.

Sounds like O'Hare is dividing opinions amongst Blades fans. Very similar to his time here. Very busy, good for pressing and always involved...... but sketchy output/end product.

There’s been a fair bit of criticism of Rudoni this season but he’s giving a better output than O’Hare in a worse team (plus he was unlucky to have one goal taken off him as an OG).

Different kind of players and yes O’Hare gives something different, but I think Rudoni is doing alright really.

Out for the season, big blow for them
This will be typical -
They have been playing Hamer out of position on the left of their midfield three. Obviously he has been extremely good but less effective than his in the central position where he was the best in the championship for us.
Watch him play in the middle and absolutely ruin us tomorrow.....
