No need to slag off Simms whilst praising Godden. Simms did nothing wrong was playing a different role when the Oxford players were still dropping deep. His running for the 2nd goal got us back Infront
Totally different players

Feel sorry for the injury to Oxford. Hope MVE and the others we subbed out are okay

Wilson needs to go along with Moore this summer. We need 2 new GKs in

Cash out on Wilson while he still has ‘some’ credibility riding the wave of most clean sheets and in last seasons team of the year.

If we could get anything above £1m for him I think that’s a good result.

Godden not really celebrating = definitely leaving this month.

Or he could just be a bit unhappy that he feels fans have turned on him thinking he’s past it.

He did that celebration earlier in the year where it appeared he was pissed with the fans

He dived for both their goals after it had gone past him

Maybe I'm getting older and boring but I do hate football fans at times. Lads fucked his knee up, clearly in distress so much so he won't even let their physio touch his knee, and we're singing he's gonna cry in a minute.

It wasn't at him?

Contributed absolutely nothing in last handful of games.
Start Simms every time over him.
He's a useful impact sub nowadays, that's all.
Today confirms it.
If today confirms anything, it’s that Simms needs to improve his finishing.
An old man who’s legs have gone showed him the way.
I expect/ hope another striker will join us this month, And any striker watching us today would relish playing here.

Remember when people were clamouring for Tavares to get a run of games

Really good. Thought everyone was a minimum of decent, only one who probably damaged himself was Wilson who was very slow down to both their goals.
Thought Goodhram looked like a talent for them.

Today was a poignant example of just how far our whole squad has come in the last couple of years. I’m struggling to remember a game where we were so far better than the opposition we played.

Would have been if robins had taken games seriously before

We'd have no chance of getting that much for him.

Lots of positive performances out there bit was disappointed with Wilson for the goals and Tavares has the footwork of a newly birthed foal. Fingers crossed it's just rust.

To be fair to Tavares it's his first appearance since a serious injury.

O’Hare looked miles off it when he first came back.

Tavares most likely is not good enough, but it's unfair to be too harsh on him today.
Yeah completely agree. It's ridiculous anyone knocking him on todays performance. It's been a year since he last played. He probably needs a loan, but the good thing is he hasn't lost any of his pace.

Was men against boys today. Shows how far we’ve come, they’re 5th in league 1 and we absolutely destroyed them with a decent number of our regular starters it even playing.

Bar some interesting goalkeeping a nice profession performance.

Showed our quality compared to a L1 team. Fingeres crossed for a big boy in the next round
