Morning all.
I'm a Brighton fan who co-runs a weekly unofficial radio show / podcast on Radio Reverb, community radio in Brighton.
This week just gone, we had a Brighton-based Coventry fan, Rob Stevens, come on to the show to tell us about the ongoing woes your club is facing. For you, I suppose it's quite uppermost in your minds, and you're familiar with your story. For us, we wanted to know what was going on, as your story seems, well, a bit convoluted - though there are parallels with the nonsense Brighton went through from 1995-2011. We also wanted to know if there was anything we could do.
We just felt it right that a Coventry fan gets a chance to tell the story, as best as possible. We were then told it would take about five hours to tell it, so Rob made the best fist of it possible.
Most of the show is about Brighton, naturally, but Rob gets involved in all the conversations - especially on Brighton v Coventry matches of years passed - and he talks about it for 20 minutes or so during the show. You can hear it on www.albionroar.co.uk if you wish to listen in.
Oh, and apologies in advance for being a tad dismissive of the glorious city of Coventry. I'll call it banter for now.
Yeah, that.
