Have you (or anyone else) seen the "presentation" yet? Is it all talk from Timmy, or is there some kind of powerpointy presentation that goes along with it? If so, as radio obviously doesn't do visuals, any chance CWR can get hold of this and put in on the CWR web site/news page somehow?

You could dear chap, but the accusation of hypocrisy could be labelled at anyone who called an open forum; but hid behind an NDA to not inform anyone where the team might be playing in less than two months' time
Personally I don't see there being any official developments until after the bid deadline has passed.
And, remember, they still claim something similar to that - that the beneficial interest in the Golden Share is in Holdings. A topic people might want to ask about tomorrow perhaps.
I think TF is sometimes carried away and tend to be a bit 'over exited' and say things he shouldn't.
For instance last summer he said much of the debts to sisu had been converted to equity.
Only recently he said ACL would be paid in full.
Both are probably something included in their strategy - but revealed to early.
Maybe somebody at the forum could ask about those two issues.

Agree. I posted last night about the terms of building a new football ground.it states that not only does the relevant council have to agree the planning permission but more importantly the government have to agree.can you really see a company that is already 70 million pounds in debt.alienated the fans and will have hardly any income for the next 3 years be seriously considered by the government as being sound to build a new ground haven't members of parliment already raised questions about sisu's intentions.not looking good for them is it.?
I don't know how the FL will see the importance of beneficial interest, they, the administrator and Companies House all say its in Ltd. That's good enough for me.
If the golden share eventually ends up back in Holdings the club is finished. End of.

I honestly have no idea about any of my media colleagues being on here. As for the fans view of the owners, there is obviously an anti-Sisu bias among those who make a noise (literally, at matches - & here); and when I say 'make a noise' I am not being critical. It's good to be passionate, but that passion often makes you think that everyone holds the same view and that anyone who doesn't is wrong. I continue to maintain that most fans among the wider support don't really care who owns the club as long as it does well. The fact it is not doing well means that the ''anti-Sisu' ranks have understandably grown, but equally it has caused massive apathy among the majority which is why we end up with 20,000 empty seats at home matches.
Do you not accept that SISU are still making horrendous mistakes ? The "others" you mention have not been charged with running the football club, that is down to SISU only. You must accept that it is much more than a noisy minority that are saying they will not travel to watch "home" games outside of Coventry.
Do you believe that SISU are the right people to be running a football club ?
Do you think that Tim Fisher's arrogant and patronising attitude towards supporters is the right way the CEO of a football club should talk to his "customers" ?

That is a point of view. However, a contrary argument is that the £70-million is owed to the club's owners & their investors who have provided that money so that the club can pay its bills, wages, taxes, etc...
Maybe that would be a good move by them - put in a bid that see all creditors paid in full (even ACL).
They can go back to the FL and say 'part of the club was pushed into administration, but all creditors have been paid in full. We have seen that the company structure we inherited has caused confusion and we are about to clear it up. Now, please send the GS to Holdings.'
Net price = ACL, £650k plus administrator £500k. Debts to ARVO is converted to equity or written off.
I'm genuinely surprised that you think most fans aren't bothered who the owners are! I know you can't say that the view on here is the view of everyone, but I don't know ANYONE who will be willing to travel to home games next season. I had friends at the corporate presentation last night and there wasn't a single person there who said they would buy corporate seats if we weren't at the Ricoh. I think the swell of feeling against SISU is much, much bigger than you realise........

If we were doing well most people would be a lot less annoyed at whoever was owning the club I would say.
Question to be asked tomorrow, of course, but my understanding is that they (the football club, which TF maintains is what Sisu own) need to exit administration. For as long as part of its structure remains in administration it cannot have the transfer embargo lifted, etc...; the manner of exit is also important if a further points penalty is to be avoided.
Well yeah but thats kind of an obvious thing to say, the point is we aren't doing well, in fact the club is imploding with SISU and if they aren't removed its only going to get worse. I don't see how anyone thinks that things are going to imporve with them still in charge?
They are still making mistakes, yes.. The "others" have contributed to the way the club is run. I agree that there is an inevitable groundswell (no pun intended) of opinion against a groundshare. I am not sure who the "right people" are to run a football club. I will not comment in anyone individuals attitude, but you are entitled to make and hold your opinion.
I think there are two separate issues there. The issue of people's general attitude towards who owns the club which matters hugely to some, but not at all to others, and the issue of the 'away' home games which, quite understandably, many people object to.

That contrary argument would be wrong. As that level of money is in excess of our combined turnover during their tenure
The identity of the owners only dosen't matter if the club is being run on an even keel. When it's being ground into the dirt like it is I think it matters hugely.
I understand why it is being done, but I do worry that the if it gathered momentum it might harm the club whose basic problem is a lack of income, whoever owns it.
To some, Jas, yes, but my point is that there is massive apathy borne out of years of under achievement and disappoinment.
