That’s a no then.
It was asking the club and owners to indemnify if wasps and parties needed to pay out.

The fact is ignored by media and the trust is telling.

Have the details been leaked out anywhere? Last I saw was just a statement from the club saying it’d kill us. Do we know exactly what’s being asked? Been following this too long to just take one sides statements as gospel.

Think even Wasps have said they'd want indemnifying.

It's almost as if CWR have an agenda and pick the callers that fit that.

Do I need some tin foil ?

So they don’t want to be back in Coventry then
Well for most (unless your part of the trust, the council or their followers) it's not as black and white as that is it?! Or is it? Maybe it is. Because if the only way of a return to Coventry is as a tenant to London W**ps then no, I dont want to be back in Coventry.

So you want to stay in Birmingham indefinitely

Perhaps the Media should ask Wycombe what they thought about the LONDON Wasps nesting in their ground and then fucking off into the Sunset. Perhaps Eakin should get a Wasp london fan on and ask them what they think about it!

I assume it was Pete Chambers who kicked it all off?

They’ve backed themselves into a corner with this rhetoric, same as Wasps have with their apparent misunderstanding of EU law.

Fucking egos man. Problem from the start on all sides.
I know all that what I can’t understand is one that some on here don’t want to go back to the Ricoh full stop and two there are others who don’t want to go back to the Ricoh as Tennants. They are in the minority, but will always say they know loads of people that agree with them, well I know loads that don’t.

Again though none of this matters as we can’t go back unless one side changes it’s stance

Promotion would mean we could easily survive outside of Coventry for another couple of seasons

No, it was a bloke called Ricky who had no interest in the game and rang up to go on about that.

I just heard some bloke say Pete was out of order

So a few people ring up the wireless to give their opinion-like poking a “Wasps” nest on here.

Haven’t listened to it but I do know that there was a chap called Ricky that was (and maybe still is) very close to the Trust.

Its those one or two I mean. Spent so long virtue signalling about hating Wasps and the Ricoh they now have to back the club not returning to the city. Insane.

He also said no other clubs should allow a ground share so we have to play at the Ricoh.
Wouldn't that mean the club ceasing to exist?
Prick, wasps might think it’s fair - but we can’t blindly sign up to that
Exactly, Wasps might think £5m a season is fair but the club aren't going to sign up to it. Shouldn't just be one side dictating terms.
Eakin really shouldn’t take the stance he does, he should be more neutral.
Is there something about to come out? We've had Wasps piping up recently. Duggins in the Telegraph today and now Eakin.

I don’t mind coming back as tenants as long as we’re in control of football revenue, and we’re recognised in the name sponsorship.

if not I’d rather wait it out. Ultimately Grendel is right. Only one party can change their mind and it isn’t SISU. It’s there where pressure should be exerted. But the trust and local media don’t seem to want to

What’s Duggins saying now?

Its nothing to do with backing the Club not returning to the City. Its realising that it's currently not possible.
A) The council made sure we couldn't play at BPA.
B) London W**ps and SISU have made sure we camt play at the Ricoh.

How is any of this the "fans virtue signalling"? My club has been forced out of its City through many reasons//parties wrongdoing. I will support them and keep them alive as best I can. Me not wanting to return to the ricoh is as much about looking out for the welfare of CCFC and not wishing them in to a deal they cant afford as much as it is about hating London W**ps. Yes I hate W**ps and dont want to line their pockets by paying them rent or giving them a better chance of a bigger stadium sponsor by us being there, but I dont want us to return to the ricoh and damage the club by a) having to sign any indemnity to w**ps b) affecting our style of football playing on a ploughed field every week c) being made to feel unwelcome in our own home/city.

Ironic given the trust virtue signalling under a certain John Fletcher meant they have alienated the club and made it a fringe protest group - but like his beloved Labour Party

Any normal Trust would now resign itself to supporting the club - considering it I’m reality is now about 10 people include muppets like Lionel it’s now a joke and should rename itself the Garry Hoffman appreciation society
