There seem to be plenty of credulous types on the Facebook page in particular ready to believe him. I'm not dismissing him outright. If the ex-chairman of Visa, who, let's face it, is in a position to know, says someone has got the money they claim to have, then you can't totally write it off. If it wasn't for that I'd have tuned out long ago.

Where I differ is that I believe it is easy to ridicule and scorn a person without knowing the facts and feel that it is better to wait and see the outcome before sticking the knife in.

He's confirmed he's seen something to suggest he's serious...
Dale Evans is an unnecessary complication, Hoffman has a consortium of "Coventry businessmen" which he is the front man.
All the other sensible consortium members don't want any publicity until a deal is done & dusted, very wise too.

Dale Has just stuck on Facebook that he had a call from someone claiming to be a sisu representative last night confirming a deal was acceptable but it turned out to be a hoax.
Sort of contradicts the ‘leaked’ message saying the meeting went well.

Well so what, don't think its a deal maker or breaker, frankly I don't care if he is genuine or a fraud as long as there is a serious consortium with members who will do their best to look after the club and get it back where it belongs, to a level befitting the only fully professional team in one of the largest cities in England, which is the Championship or better.He said he has seen proof Evans has substantial wealth and welcomed him to the consortium.
