Hasn't John Taylor been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Dave Boddy was Chief Executive so wonder if there is someone else coming in as well for that role? Or is it just Doug?

He only held the COO role a year too which to me says we are either paying top dollar or he is moving for family reasons. The cynic in me hopes it was not due to him not quite performing in the biggest role of his career and he has jumped while his reputation was good, before he was pushed.
