Definitive proof that the club is owned by ccfc ltd (1 Viewer)

All the statement says is that the club is in admin, it does not state CCFCL or CCFCH.

I looked out a receipt from the club shop from march, which states CCFC limited on the top of the receipt. But the vat number when checked applies to "the coventry city football club limited" which is now called CCFCH

I have given up worrying anymore as this is all out of our hands and we just need to wait for the final administrators report

I think the fabled Golden Share has become a bit irrelevent. It will be whoever can convince the administrator who can take the company ccfc ltd forward who gets the right to be the preferred bidder included in that will be who the football league hand the GS to. At the moment that seems to be between sisu and the American but there is apparently other interest aswell. Hopefully we will know who the prefered bidder is on May 29th

I don't think I have ever seen someone so blown away by old news and showing such a lack of understanding and comprehension of the delicate situation that we are in. Imagine IF ONE FCKING EMAIL from the FL was all that was needed to remove SISU from power and rectify the "Golden Share" situation - that may need to go to court to be resolved. When so many posters quietly tell you that you have discovered what we have all known all along, why don't you sit back and take a deep breath and think they may be right?

Yes, the club is in administration. Yes the club (limited) did hold the golden share.
Absolutely nothing new.

But you are wrong about that meaning the Golden Share per default goes back to Limited. It will go back to the entity that satisfy FL they can run the club as a going concern. That may easily be sisu.

It is not even given that PH4 is prepared to outbid sisu at the auction. The way sisu have protected themself and laden Limited with debts makes it an unfair challenge (note: Unfair - not unlawful). I personally don't think PH4 is prepared to offer enough to satisfy the administrator this is the best deal for the company and the creditors.

The Trust represents all it's members ... note: That is not equal to all fans.
And as such the leadership can only act within the mandate given by the members. If you want to influence that mandate, go and join the Trust!

When all this is over there is a chance of sisu still being owners. In that case it will not do the fans any good if the Trust is unable to speak to the club. In other words, if the Trust choose to stand firmly against everything sisu does, then if sisu remain owners of the club the Trust will have no role to play in the future.
They have to utilize the art of diplomacy.

The administrator 'should' sell CCFC Ltd and whatever assets it does or doesn't have to who ever offers the best deal to the creditors.

Sisu, CCFC Holdings or another Sisu 'friend' may make the 'best' bid for CCFC ltd, in terms of the creditors.

PHK4 or another party may make a bid that fans think is better (buying half the stadium etc), but the administrator may not think it is best for the creditors.

The administrator has a major say in who CCFC Ltd is sold to, but the FL have a say over who they 'award' the golden share to & therefore who can buy the club.

Factors that influence the FL include who they think will run the club successfully e.g. completing fixtures, being on a sound financial footing etc They should also consider if the owners are 'fit & proper'.

Fans can only have limited influence over the who the administrator 'sells' the club to.

However, we can have a massive influence on the FL, as they decide who to award the golden share to. If fans don't feel a certain party is fit to run our club, then we should all tell the FL our concerns. E.G. proven they can't manage a club as they previously put us £69m in debt, no local ground to play in because they fell out with owners of the ground over unpaid rent, fan numbers will drop if we play away from Cov, putting the Club at greater risk in the future.

The Trust are putting some of these messages across to the FL, all fans who want new owners should also get in touch with the FL and voice their concerns. If enough people tell the FL what we think then it may influence who they will grant the golden share to and therefore may influence who buys the club.

If we all spent as much time contacting the FL as we did on this forum, then we may actually be able to influence the future of our club.

The FL have stated CATEGORICALLY the share is with Ltd, so the argument is over. As the government CANNOT BY LAW interfere in the rulings of an organisation like the FL.

It is immensely disingenuous of the clique to imply it was THEM that acquired this info don't you think?

Considering the complete absence of activity all week, is it not an amazing coincidence that today of all days they make this announcement?

Would they have done it had I NOT put this info in the public domain? If they HAD this information, WHY sit on it? Surely it doesn't take THAT long to produce such a statment as they have today does it?

No I'm afraid my contention they are a self-promoting publicity seeking clique more concerned with garnering MORE membership fees than DOING something was absolutely CONFIRMED today!

When you consider I have not asked for a SINGLE PENNY for providing this info, surely the clique should at least acknowledge where they got the info from, more importantly WHEN.
