It’s not about one up or two up or three up, it’s about the balance of attack minded players to defensive. With three DMs this formation leaves a huge gap between Hamer and Kelly and James who naturally want to sit back and O’Hare and Biamou who want to play at the line.

Add another O’Hare in, or have a back three and GK you can trust to allow the WBs forward and it’s not so bad. But we don’t have either of those.

It's interesting one of our best or most important win and/or best performance was against Rotherham when we played up front that day Max and Walker. I would have thought Robins do us have had an eye on that game too. I'm sure he has a team formation in mind for that game.

Also in corresponding fixture when we went 2 up front late we got the equaliser.

Such a big ask on Biamou. Shows how much robins trusts him or how the other strikers are struggling or lacking in fitness
I think that's the issue isn't it, it's clearly his workrate that he's picked for, which is why i think we're going for the press

id love all the 2 up front merchants to be given a lecture by Pep for an hour about why it isn't more attacking
It depends on your squad, the 11 men you put on the pitch and the way you play football. Pep can lecture, but he has had the benefit of the best squad in the world at barca, the best squad in Germany with Bayern, and the best squad in England with Man City.

It's not all about the striker or strikers to score.

Our midfielders /wing backs/centre backs all need to take their chances too to get on scoresheet.

Quite. He's the key to making this work, if he fails to hold it up consistently, as is often the case, we'll be in trouble.

Derby may as well have taken the knee instead of doing just some other mad gesture they’ve made up.

The whole idea is meant to be before kickoff and then start the game. Not do it and then wait a couple of minutes for them to get on the pitch.

Ref should blow and let us shoot.

Especially that they got to do a huddle afterwards.
