Strange to think that in 200 years house prices will be determined by how many metres they are above sea level. The Midlands should be a boom centre, although the south east side of Coventry will be under water.

Don’t get this. Furlough is for businesses not staff. As the guy says in the article if staff are allowed another job by their contract they’re in their rights to get one. If someone refuses to do their job you fire them it’s not rocket science.

This government constantly poking its nose into people private lives.

Always helpful to stigmatise a section of the population especially if a minority. Helps if other people feel superior to them. Politics is so cynical.
