thousands don't anymore. We are down to the hardcore / deluded / insane
Where were they promoted into the first team from? Never mind-we’ve been over it before and it resorts to silly insults/point scoring.1) Haynes and Ponticelli have rarely started this season
2) They’re not youth team players
3) A ‘youth team’ is recognised as a clubs Under 18 side
4) I’m still convinced you’re a parody and are trying to come across as stupid as possible
5) You’ve had a bad weekend haven’t you? You really hoped your favourites Burge and Haynes had bad games but they didn’t, did quite well actually, so you’ve got to let some steam off in other directions
No but 4th tier players which I think Is Adge's point and why we are, well Fourth tier .Burge, Willis and Haynes have nearly 300 first team appearances between them, hardly wet behind the ears youth team players.

And when do you think Jonathan will break through? B-)That’s also true however his post said they were ‘youth team’ players implying fans don’t go to games because half of our team is full of 16 and 17 year olds
Tbh more worried about this type of thing BBC NEWS | England | Lincolnshire | Football scam boss spared jailWouldn't have manager who could get us promoted cos he is a mouth shit. Loved a goal scorer who enjoyed knocking women about. The muddled mind of the football fan
That’s a big generalisation there Macca. A lot of posters on here who don’t like the way Evans behaves, also have no time for people who abuse women.Wouldn't have manager who could get us promoted cos he is a mouth shit. Burge, Willis, Haynes, Shipley, Bayliss, Ponticelli.
So, on the basis of your thinking, theres no point in having an Academy and presumably you have no problem with the sales of Wilson, Madison ,Stevenson etc because they are youth team players who shouldn't be in the first teamBurge, Willis, Haynes, Shipley, Bayliss, Ponticelli.
This link is so informative and deserves to have its own page I bet the Coventry Evening Telegraph jumps on it what I cannot understand is the FA should have given out life bans from football like they did with others that have done this type of thingTbh more worried about this type of thing BBC NEWS | England | Lincolnshire | Football scam boss spared jail

Talking of managerial behaviour...did anyone see Lennons Rant at the ref yesterday ? !! OMGYou might think that having been proven to be a tax fraudster the guy might reel his neck in. That article makes claims about players diving or managers making unwanted comments pretty insignificant by comparison.
Is there anything in the FA or EFL rules that the manager of a team must be a fit and proper person? It only applies to owners & directors doesn't it? That said the football authorities should clamp down on behaviour such as his by any manager. It damages the reputation of the game, something the FA & EFL are very precious about when it suits them.
He might have a decent win rate but his disciplinary record is unsurprisingly poor

Just watched it.Talking of managerial behaviour...did anyone see Lennons Rant at the ref yesterday ? !! OMG
Touchline bans are utterly pointless for me. Sitting in the stand with a better view is hardly punishment at all and nor is a financial penalty. Deduct his team league points, nothing less will even register.Just watched it.
Best thing to do there is to give him a 6 match ban to the stands.
Next time, double it.
You have to feel very sorry for refs at times. Thankless job.
Because he gets results you stupid chief!!!Why doesn’t his chairman deal with him... why?
On your last point, I know a lot of posters deny it but I’ve said for some time that our fans have had enough and are at breaking point, which seems to particularly come to a head at away games.
Yep embarrassing that one is for sure. People in glass houses....,,That's bollocks. The reality is that a lot of people going away are purely going for the new ground and day on the piss. Hence the behaviour being a bit rowdy.
I don't have a problem with it personally. It's better than the sanitised theatre like experience you get in the PL or at W*sps.
Edit: having read more of the thread I can't condone abusing women or pointless vandalism. I also abhor the '[place name]'s a shithole, I wanna go home' shite that gets sung at every ground
This 150 year old sport (business) is on its 4th full revolution of being dragged thru shit and mire.
