Ah apologies, so it's now in the company - SDI (Retail co 10) ?

There may not be an eviction of course, but there is some serious naivety on this thread at the moment.
Completely agree. Ashley is a prick and Sisu have got history. 1 disagreement around the negotiating table and we could be absolutely fucked. I'll say it again, being 9 days away from a home game and not knowing if you can play the game is not normal!

I think so. It’s not clear but it says the buyer will TUPE across the staff and they’re going to SDI Retail co 10. Though that looks like a dormant company. Someone smarter than me can look further I should be doing some work.

CCFC advertising for a groundsperson.

Not sure why they needed to elaborate that it was for the training ground - but y’know….

Recruitment, Ground staff jumping ship, do they know something we don't.

OK one last one for those that don’t want to delve into the admin report, here’s the list of bidders. Who wants a game of guess who?

(It’s explained elsewhere that the exclusivity fee was needed to keep the place running)

Yeah which is what was said? Only Ashley would pay the exclusivety.

Not quite. Though that’s a big thing, There’s 4 bids that weren’t withdrawn: A - £15m so not as high. D - £18m with no due dil and no interim funding. E - Ashley £18m with interim funding. F - £22m with no interim funding.

F is the interesting one as technically the highest, I wonder why not offer the £1.2m there. I’m guessing D or A was NEC. Dawkins was the £20m no due dil and King the £25m due dil in the notes.

Would be interesting to know who F was.

No mention of @duffer :(

Mate, I don't know if you're trying to funny??

All I meant was that @shmmeee had said the only reason some fans think MA is going to buy us is simply because he owned Newcastle. I was implying that and the fact that he tried to buy Derby this year.

Cool your beans.

Damn you for pulling me back with an email notification!

The red flags with the £22mil one would be that if they're not prepared to pay the interim funding, could they really pay the £22mil, or fund the arena going forward?

I reckon that one was Storey!

So tell me why that hasn't been announced after the mayhem earlier this week? I think you are probably right but technically, we have no ground to play at in 9 days.

Technically the world could end in 9 days, but it's unlikely.

I wondered if Storey wasn’t A as one of the first bidders. But all those bids were in theory when he was in his own exclusivity period with Sisu so could have been him.

Not really the point is it? We don't have a ground for our game in 9 days time, no matter how much Pete thinks it'll all be fine and dandy

It's the failing to back up words with cold hard cash which have F as favourite for me. Talk is cheap and all that.

Although tbf, F could have been duffer!

He thinks that because it almost certainly will be. One side has a stadium, the other has a football team... there is plenty of incentive for agreement.

Sorry I’m really cool I think. Nothing has come out of Ashley or fg or Ashley’s son or son in law that they have any interest in ccfc

What’s interesting about Dawkins is news of him considering an offer came out well before the deadline, but he didn’t actually submit an offer until after it.

B was Richardson?

£38m pays off Bondholders, gets P Share and stadium and carries on after dropping much of the other debt. Rugby PL scuppered.

The “range” of £25-£35 might imply some CCFC related set offs for the lost revenue due to postponed games / F&B. The difference being that quantum was to be established so no fixed amount.

Can’t think of another reason that a firm figure wouldn’t be bid. Plus “bidder A” suggests first to the table and given that Storey claims that he was involved in August after the SISU Times plea….

The old license was with a company that is no longer trading (Wasps/ACL - we don't know which)
So it falls away
Licenses aren't transferable

I think the non transferability (?) relates to the tenant not being able to transfer the licence to someone else

The transfer of a lease that has licences attached does not affect the position of the tenant

The landlord need only have issued a notice of change to the tenant
