Completely agree. Ashley is a prick and Sisu have got history. 1 disagreement around the negotiating table and we could be absolutely fucked. I'll say it again, being 9 days away from a home game and not knowing if you can play the game is not normal! There may not be an eviction of course, but there is some serious naivety on this thread at the moment.
The only reason we think Ashley is is because he owned Newcastle.
Ah apologies, so it's now in the company - SDI (Retail co 10) ?
SoAnd wanted to buy Derby earlier this year.

What to Pete? Why are you not listening?
CCFC advertising for a groundsperson.
Not sure why they needed to elaborate that it was for the training ground - but y’know….
We will be playing at cbs until may whateverWhat to Pete?

Mate, I don't know if you're trying to funny??
So tell me why that hasn't been announced after the mayhem earlier this week? I think you are probably right but technically, we have no ground to play at in 9 days.We will be playing at cbs until may whatever
Yeah which is what was said? Only Ashley would pay the exclusivety.
Mate, I don't know if you're trying to funny??
All I meant was that @shmmeee had said the only reason some fans think MA is going to buy us is simply because he owned Newcastle. I was implying that and the fact that he tried to buy Derby this year.
Cool your beans.
The red flags with the £22mil one would be that if they're not prepared to pay the interim funding, could they really pay the £22mil, or fund the arena going forward? Not quite. Though that’s a big thing, There’s 4 bids that weren’t withdrawn: A - £15m so not as high. D - £18m with no due dil and no interim funding. E - Ashley £18m with interim funding. F - £22m with no interim funding.
F is the interesting one as technically the highest, I wonder why not offer the £1.2m there. I’m guessing D or A was NEC. Dawkins was the £20m no due dil and King the £25m due dil in the notes.
Would be interesting to know who F was.

‘ransom payments of £1m-£2m’OK one last one for those that don’t want to delve into the admin report, here’s the list of bidders. Who wants a game of guess who?
(It’s explained elsewhere that the exclusivity fee was needed to keep the place running)

I reckon that one was Storey!
Not really the point is it? We don't have a ground for our game in 9 days time, no matter how much Pete thinks it'll all be fine and dandyTechnically the world could end in 9 days, but it's unlikely.
It's the failing to back up words with cold hard cash which have F as favourite for me. Talk is cheap and all that.I wondered if Storey wasn’t A as one of the first bidders. But all those bids were in theory when he was in his own exclusivity period with Sisu so could have been him.

Sorry I’m really cool I think. Nothing has come out of Ashley or fg or Ashley’s son or son in law that they have any interest in ccfcMate, I don't know if you're trying to funny??

B was Richardson?
£38m pays off Bondholders, gets P Share and stadium and carries on after dropping much of the other debt. Rugby PL scuppered.
Big Mike must have pinched Ryton groundstaff for the CBS. He gave them a Pierre Cardin t shirt and a Sports Direct mug with an exclusivity clause which meant they could go anywhere else.Recruitment, Ground staff jumping ship, do they know something we don't.
Expressing keenness drives asking price up.Sorry I’m really cool I think. Nothing has come out of Ashley or fg or Ashley’s son or son in law that they have any interest in ccfc
He'd surely been one of those bidders. And so King was a desperate SISU plan b?I wondered if Storey wasn’t A as one of the first bidders. But all those bids were in theory when he was in his own exclusivity period with Sisu so could have been him.

The “range” of £25-£35 might imply some CCFC related set offs for the lost revenue due to postponed games / F&B. The difference being that quantum was to be established so no fixed amount.I wondered if Storey wasn’t A as one of the first bidders. But all those bids were in theory when he was in his own exclusivity period with Sisu so could have been him.
The old license was with a company that is no longer trading (Wasps/ACL - we don't know which)
So it falls away
Licenses aren't transferable
Are you for real ?So tell me why that hasn't been announced after the mayhem earlier this week? I think you are probably right but technically, we have no ground to play at in 9 days.
