Clever!The Fraser group have said
"We're all doomed"
I think Ashley would have been extremely pissed off that SISU in conjunction with Doug tried to get the court to reject his bid.how do you class the club putting in a bid to own the stadium they play in as 'playing silly buggers'. they were perfectly entitled to put a bid in, in fact most people have been urging them to do that for years
because the current deal is with wasps. New deal is with Fraser group. So contracts need to be signed. What part of that can’t you grasp?

No, the deal was with ACL2006 which was owned by Wasps (Richardson) but is now owned by Fraser Group. Has the lease now been transferred?
As per Simon Jordans comments, the council may wish to see the arena developed into something else. That could have been the attraction all along, rather than us.oh come on man, what the fuck else is he buying the stadium for?! blatantly wanted the club on the cheap. not going his way so he is destabilizing the current owners. every single one of them are shamful cunts
He’s got a funny way of showing itMike Ashley wants your club its an attractive deal for him and he will pump some cash in trying to get promotion in the next year or two also he can plaster the stadium with free SD advertising.
because the club knew full well ashley was getting the ground. club timing of the new ‘takeover’ was a parting shot at ashley. Why you so oblivious to that?
same thing. Nothing was transferred hence new agreement is required. What part can’t everyone grasp? Sisu need to sign the new agreement and as of yet. Have not
nah not having it, the council as crap as they have acted they are still an electable body. it would be suicide if they signed a deal that would certainly kill the clubAs per Simon Jordans comments, the council may wish to see the arena developed into something else. Buy a stadium for 13 million and then develop it into other things that are worth tens of millions. Simple really.
Is the white arrow deliberately placed on the word "trying", because that's how I feel about the council right now for sure.
Ask him why they chose not to insert a clause - within their power - to keep sub lease conditions for ccfc...
Yet when it was flagged up as a potential issue that Ashley would try and pull this kind of stunt it was dismissed as impossiblebecause the current deal is with wasps. New deal is with Fraser group. So contracts need to be signed. What part of that can’t you grasp?

The worst bit about this is we will have former wasps fans getting erect over this
its not the same thing though is it. if you have an agreement with a company and that company still exists how do you end up with the agreement no longer being valid and a new one being required. Especially if we're supposed to believe the new agreement is on the same terms.same thing. Nothing was transferred hence new agreement is required. What part can’t everyone grasp? Sisu need to sign the new agreement and as of yet. Have not
I think you should listen to Simon Jordans comments this morning on the radio. Here are a few factors that I feel need to be considered.
I was aware that Ashley was in for the club. SISU want top dollar and the club isn't worth what they want. Someone comes from out of nowhere to buy the club and the stadium, gets the club, but not the stadium. A master cock up by SISU in an effort to get the stadium cheap and push up the value of CCFC.
We all know that Ashley is a tough negotiator as are SISU. They thought they were being smart but have fisted themselves. Ashley now has the upper hand. I still understand that he wants the club and feels that SISU are taking the piss. The new owner no longer has time and I do not believe the funds to build a new stadium. So I ask who is the only person that would be prepared to buy the club now? A certain Mike Ashley.
It is also my understanding that he wants to build a hotel on car park C.
So now the question of if Mike Ashley is serious about kicking us out, what the hell can he do with a stadium? I think precisely nothing. He would need planning permission to demolish it and to be fair, I don't think that you could do much with the building. I can't see the council giving him any planning permission to do anything, regardless of what twats they have been over this whole mess.
This business deal is a chess game and the check mate will come soon, the gas has been turned up on SISU, let's see what they do next, because they do want out.
PS I still believe Hamer has gone. Hopefully I'm wrong on that one.
Makes sense if one is neededsame thing. Nothing was transferred hence new agreement is required. What part can’t everyone grasp? Sisu need to sign the new agreement and as of yet. Have not
Like I said-funny way of showing itFat Mike is known for underhand sneaky deals he's a slippery bastard but will be your best bet and once he owns you outright 100% will inject some cash, you are an attractive purchase/deal for him....nice ground / decent support / midlands based close to his head office
Any change of use would be public record. He says the council has made deals behind the scenes, granted permissions etc for an alternative use of the site.
