Yea, he made some great runs, and his movement was excellent. Palmer and Hamer looked to pick him out, but that may be because they are more used to playing with him and new where he'd be.Most his shots were on his weak foot I'd have expected him to do a bit better.. but as you say , every chance we had came through him pretty much
I thought the back 3 looked quite good considering they only just met, Palmer and Hamer were different class, Sakomoto could be a handful if played further forward, Sheaf grew into the game and took his goal well. Desilva got forward well and looked quite good, Simms wasn't at his best and Collins was very suspect at times.
No injuries was a good result.
I said yesterday that we don't look ready for the big kick off next weekend, and I stand by that.
We look like we'd benefit from a couple more weeks and another friendly against top class opponents.
