Euro 2016 Prediction League Champion!!
Wednesday have unsurprisingly sold out 4900.

Surely there's room for a few more? Remember when the stand held 6000?
That has surprised me, mainly due to the kick off time, so they'll all be on buses/in cars 👏

Might encourage a few more Cov fans to head there if looks like a cracking atmosphere 👍

What do you look like?
In my head - okish; then my wife takes a photo of me, and I'm often left disappointed. My dating profile describes me as: a bit like a love child of Andy Morrell and a skinny Alan Brazil (with specs)

That’s a good effort from Wednesday. Fair play. Mind you, they are going like a train recently.

It's a free hit game that I am looking forward to. We have endured a really poor league campaign so far and a cup run with some excitement would be very welcome.

Which is the same as every cup game last season.

There will be a surge on Thursday and Friday. Always is because it's £13.

you don’t get it

12 months ago there was buzz with the football

atm it’s horrible. many I spoke to yesterday called that the last away game for a while

fans are fed up at the min and many will vote with their feet

I'm not denying any of that but our last two home games were pretty much sold out and we're still taking big numbers away.

They simply have not yet voted on their feet.

It's £13. People spend half their life on here complaining about our ticket prices. This is a chance to go on the cheap.

There will be 15-18k there. Sheffield Wednesday had 14,000 last season.

I don't know anyone going but wouldn't dismiss a 15-18k crowd either tbh

I didn't know many who went to the Oxford game last year and there was still 18k.

People get the urge to go when they realise there is absolutely nothing else to do on a cold Saturday in Coventry.

that was Christmas when people were off and many used as family day out or day out on the lash

now it’s a Saturday evening at 6pm. football getting worse

you won’t see more than 13k there including the 5k from Sheffield Wednesday

it’ll look embarrassing next Saturday

It was on the 6th Jan. Hardly Christmas. What about the cup replay against Sheffield Wednesday when we had just under 20,000?

If we only have 8k there, it sums up our fan base who historically have abandoned the club when times get tough. FA Cup Semi-Finalists last year and now down to 13k would be truly embarrassing.

I loads of people who are interested only because it's 6pm on a Saturday

Watch the game then out on the piss by 8:30 and as has been said the Cup game last year was the weekend after NYE which is not Xmas and people were back in work

you just said our last 2 homes pretty much sold out they were over Christmas

think the 8k number will show the club fans aren’t happy at the min despite all the soundbites of a top 6 deck etc…

many at the game yesterday said they weren’t bothering and they are your hardcore fans who are fed up

it was

the vast majority of fans at the Millwall game weren’t in work the next day

Any games between Xmas and new year are classed as the festive period

making yourself look silly here

They always say this but we sold out, again.

Our support, home and away, has not been this high in over 50 years. That's despite everyone claiming they hate the players and don't want to go.

It's £13, in a day where most home tickets are £30-37, it's cheap enough to go even when you're angry.
