I found you get decent rewards by setting squad battles as hard as you can cope with whilst still wracking up a few goals.

Also always try and get the advanced Rivals reward.

Mate of mine does the market speculation, buying stuff low and listing when it fits and Evo or something. Rakes it in but I just don't have the patience for that. It's like job

I have been getting great pulls in the 82 x14 SBC though

Had 6 between 89-87 earlier. 3 Winter wonder players, a Centurion and 2 TOTW in one pack

The reason I can't do better on Champs is at a certain ELO like 6-0 you start facing hackers and I'm on pc so can't stop it .

My boys (6/9) had this and a switch from Father Christmas.
(They have had an old Wii for the last couple of years and have been playing and loved FIFA 15!!)

If someone could give me an idiots guide to helping them get what they want from the game, that would be very much appreciated!

So.... Player Career mode.....;

Bloody hell.... Personality, skill points, player growth, read and email from the chairman, virtuoso points..... What the heck......
How does my boy navigate this!?

And if my boys want to take Coventry City and do a championship season.... How do they do that, and can they sign/sell player over the course of this!?

I think the switch version is a different build than the console/pc version so not sure if it's has the same modes and menus.

Can't be sure you can do this on the switch version but this year they add the ability to set up a career (manager/player) mode to be as involved /complicated as you want it to be. Need to do it on a new save though as I don't think you can switch it later.

Just turn down all the objectives and stuff like youth system and training. You should be able to get it so you just play matches and sign players all the fun stuff.

Ultimate team is like sticker a collection. Have to open packs and you can only use the players you get. It's a bit complicated and there are paid packs which makes it aimed at older kids. But you can have fun for free on it. You can get player packs by winning matches and clearing objectives that from a big list that is updated constantly. There are loads of modes but I'd say the 9yr old might manage 'Squad Battles' as that is against the computer. Can only get prizes at semi pro so will be tough. Also make sure your credit/debit cards not linked or they could clean you out buying packs! Guy at works lad wracked up a £250 bill a few years back

When completing the ToTY Daily Login upgrade, for the first objective you get an evolution, which is basically a speed boost for a CB.

As it doesn't impact any other attributes besides speed, I'd probably put it on a CB you have already improved the defensive stats for, so I picked Binks, who is a very handy player....in the virtual world anyway.

I'm happy to give Frank some pointers in how to unlock his potential

I've held off on that Evo for now, with these rumours there have been bids already feel a bit of a waste!

Also halfway through an Evo for DaSilva but struggling to give a shit as he's isn't getting my the team.

I have not seen anywhere that you will have to put future TotY evos on the same player, only that doing so in a chain will allow you to build your own TotY player in stats.

I messed up big time by getting rid of my old Tats Evo to put a new card through the recent Evo where you got Trickster + now that card doesn't fit

Only card I have that makes 94 is MvE and he seems a bit of a waste as a lot of the value is in the extra gained position++'s

Also annoying that the TOTY Evo does have to stack on the same card (or at least a TOTY card) really wasn't fully clear

Tempted to put MvE in but it is so steep especially when there is an Evo to get him up to 89 with a ++ fullback role for only 50k

Yeah, I did Sakamoto and completed the evo to get MvE up to 89.

Now doing the evo to get Bidwell up to 89. 90 pace on Jake Bidwell, feels a tad weird, though.

Oh yeah my Bidwell is inexplicably a set peice expert! Doubly weird when you add that there is a graphics glitch where his hair disappears on the zoomed in free kick/corner screen!

Might save my 500k and let that TOTY Evo lapse, it makes MvE more into an attacking winger and it just doesn't feel right. Also means I can cash in all the other Evos and get a more balanced squad overall

May have had half a chance for a Dovin TOTW if that OG hadn't gone in

I don't know why EA won't do a keeper Evo even if its just one aimed at people trying to Evo entire specific team. Could be designed to just raise the stats of low level keeper to a male a usable keeper. Set stat limits so people can't exploit it.

Struck gold last night whilst grinding the draft objective.

Finished my last match to get the final Evo, one of my prizes was a tradable gold pack, almost didn't bother opening it straight away... Glad I did as I got a sellable TOTY Mo Salah

As I only really give a shit about Evos it went straight on the transfer list, now I'm loaded 🫰 no more grinding squad battles to try and afford an Evo that will raise my Lati card from a 77 to an 80 for me

Yeah I had him in draft too, so good. Bit gutting have to cash in but 4.5m coins will see me through this game I reckon.

Quite enjoyed draft, got to try out some amazing cards, Pele is unreal. Also had a Hierro CB who I must have scored 4 headers with in one draft, pretty reasonable too

I was playing a few games of Rivals with Gyokeres. First game, two minutes in, I smashed my way past three defenders and absolutely hammered it top corner. Most realistic card I've ever played as!

Now got into Division One so everyone has at least two TOTY and a Pele/Ronaldo (I have too much dignity to refer to him as "R9").

Despite being evolved off their nut, many of my City players turn like a corpse!

Must be nuts in Div 1 I'm struggling to keep up in 5 with my Cov squad. Apart from my 90+ Evos they just don't react fast enough to keep up
