We tried to loan someone it seems but they got injured, we will try and loan if we need to but the policy is it's better to own the playersHas Doug or Robins ever come out and said there's any suggestion of a no loans policy? Or have we not found a good fit?
Match thread meltdown specialist having a pop about other people’s emotional rants..

It is true
You are the undisputed forum number one for being obtuse and ranting, usually about things you clearly don’t really understand
Would have assume this would have been prebooked for the international break. Weird tho as surely she will make a decision or be advising Doug.It is true
No shock. He only came back because he got a message for backup and his accounts were needed for a pile on.You literally are outraged from Tunbridge Wells every day on here
Is it? Do they need a sports science input?Would have assume this would have been prebooked for the international break. Weird tho as surely she will make a decision or be advising Doug.

Fair enough, assumed it was a she’s gone and not having contact. It's not 1972 now.
I'd bet the vast majority is over teams and the like now so if she was needed she would just get on a call to give any views if asked for.
Anywhere nice?

Don’t directors of performance have a say in regards to the coaching since she interviewed all four of the new coaches? Is it? Do they need a sports science input?

It's not long enough for a rant and not really emotional.another emotional rant
We had James McConnell over the line as a loanee but he picked up a nasty injury and is still not fitWe tried to loan someone it seems but they got injured, we will try and loan if we need to but the policy is it's better to own the players
Seriously??Ah , the sky blue tinted glasses .
In our playoff season , especially after Xmas we were incredibly dour to watch . The style may have differed slightly but the intent and purpose was very similar
That, I think is correct to a degree. This keeps confusing me. I thought the entire point was you don’t change the staff every time you change head coach.
Maybe dour is too harsh but as soon as O'Hare got injured Robins used Godden as a foil for Gyokeres to hit early with Hamer playing in behind them .Seriously??
Sure, but look where we are now 7 years later. It's a different proposition, we are higher up the league system and we have now been having success.Neither did Robins 7 years ago
Conveniently missing out his win percentages at Derby and Chelsea the first time i seeHow can anyone vote to say they would be happy with Frank lampard as manager is beyond me. The guy is a fraud as a manager.
Win percentage of 27% At Everton and 9% (1 win in 11 games with a very good Chelsea squad) in his last two jobs is saying he is on par with Wayne Rooney as one of the worst managers in recent times.
We NEED to look at other options otherwise we are back to facing the likes of Bristol Rovers, Northampton and Doncaster in the next few years.
That's the fella, so we will sign loans if we need toWe had James McConnell over the line as a loanee but he picked up a nasty injury and is still not fit
yeah, we were lets say industrial. It worked but let's not pretend it was pretty.Seriously??
No there's a few of us that prefer to be away from that nutplace, but most of us will be older folk I'd assume!I'll own getting pissed off or overly happy depending on how a match goes.
Not quite the same as people saying they wouldn't want to get into the premier League because it wouldn't be with robins and the other nonsense.
I think a lot of the problems this season was down to the timing of the premier league squads being submittedThat's the fella, so we will sig loans if we need to
It was pretty much a back 8 and relying on two exceptional players to weave their magicyeah, we were lets say industrial. It worked but let's not pretend it was pretty.
Interesting this as means a couple would get the axe. Would imagine Fabio Tavares and either Ben Wilson or Brad Collins. Think Norman will get a fair few chances in this squad and bizarrely maybe Kai Yearns.Lampard summarising on The Premier Channel
"Everybody has to back the manager. No manager wants to work with more than 23 or 24 players. "

There's something wrong with anybody who isn't confused. This keeps confusing me. I thought the entire point was you don’t change the staff every time you change head coach.
He did well at Chelsea first time around. 4th and FA Cup final.Would not be a surprise if Lampard is the next Manager. Exactly what you would expect from an owner who knows very little about how great players perform as managers. For every Pep, Zidane and Keegan there are an overwhelming number of Hursts, Bobby Charltons and Rooneys. The key is how they perform over a period of time and Lampard's record overall is poor.
As Ron Liddle said, this feels like a Rooney replacing Eustace moment and will all know how that ended.
We need a manager who has been class everywhere and has had a fair amount of experience. A tough choice but I have absolutely no confidence in King's ability to make the right decision.
Robins has over 800 games behind him and I would imagine he has a very high percentage win rate here. Lampard has been unimpressive especially at Everton. At Derby he was ok with top quality Chelsea loans but that is it.
Well according to the Doug haters he doesn'tThis makes it sound like Robins was making the decisions - Mark Robins has announced two new Coventry City coaches
because they can’t, as for whatever reason they had a grudge against Robins right from the L2 days.
