How can anyone vote to say they would be happy with Frank lampard as manager is beyond me. The guy is a fraud as a manager.

Tbh if Lampard ends up with an offer to go elsewhere it means he's done a pretty good job and at this point I would take that...Lampard is devoted to Lampard whereas Robins was committed to the Coventry project. You know Lampard will go if he gets a better offer. I would prefer a promising manager from L1 or a clever young technocrat who is behind the scenes at a big club.

Agree with this. I imagine it’s been planned for a while and wouldn’t be surprised to see something announced today.If it is Lampard, King wouldn’t not have got rid of Robins unless it was a done deal with Frank or someone else. Would be a massive high risk strategy not to have a new person lined up.

You have to think longer term than that. We have benefited from consistency of management over time. If Lampard were to leave after a short burst of success ( and it would be short) we would be back into instability.
