Most people don't seem to be upset with Lampard taking over. More like being realistic on what could happen.Why are people so upset at Lampard.
Very little difference on paper between him and Ruud expect he has more experience in the league.
Both excel at developing players and if Lampard wants more say over the players considering who he brought in at Derby surely that’s a good thing.
Would rather have someone who wants to be here versus someone who already thinks they can do better.

My biggest plus point on Lampard would be his contacts where we could get some decent loans. But we have an owner who is against loans. If he lets Lampard bring in loans why wouldn't he let Robins bring in loans knowing we are light in a few positions.

I don't think anyone attainable feels like the right fit, we have been used to the same man in the dug out for 7 years and it will take time to adjustwould I? I’m a cov fan and want what’s best for the club. Lampard doesn’t feel the right fit
