I imagine it's an agency article that's been shared across every regional newspaper in the league.
Championship free agents Coventry City could sign this summer
We have compiled a list of more than 160 Championship players whose current contracts are set to expire at the end of this seasonwww.coventrytelegraph.net
Any worth a look? I would think Rhinomotta of Reading and Ebosele of Derby
Based on the positions we need I'd probably make enquiries with.
Jack Taylor (Peterborough)
Harrison Burroughs (Peterborough)
Joe Rafferty (Preston)
Josh Laurent (Reading)
Luke Freeman (Sheffield United) - if they don't take up the one-year option
Yan Dhanda (Swansea)
Romaine Sawyers (West Brom) - probably out of reach but on his day he's a class act.

I’m sure there are more than a few on social media who’d actually suggest getting him back.Marc McNulty, 29 - striker

Report: Nottingham Forest want Burton star Tom Hamer
Nottingham Forest are closely monitoring Burton Albion defender Tom Hamer, according to The Sun journalist Alan Nixon.www.nottinghamforest.news
Forest/Hull looking to sign this right back from Burton in the summer. Not sure if we need a RB, but his age (22), price (free) and lastname (Hamer) seems to fit with our recruiting policy.
Really hope our scouting network is looking at L2, L1 and National Conference to try and unearth a gem or two, plus a concerted effort to woo PL clubs into loaning us some quality talent.
I'd wager it's more likely that our strategy will be looking at PL U23 players who are surplus to requirements at their clubs. E.g. Those in the mould of Sheaf and Gyokeres.
The L1/L2 (personally wouldn't touch NL unless it's to supplement our development squad) markets are ones that we should obviously not close ourselves off from, however the caveat of fishing in these talent pools now is that they are likely to become further inflated as Championshgip teams look closer to home for players following the lower divisions in Europe being all but closed off.
Good points - interesting to see the likes of Liverpool achieving big sums for players who can't make it at Anfield . Brewster for over £20m, I think the likes of Neco Williams, Nat Phillips etc will start to rake in big money from probably the 'parachute payment' clubs, or maybe lower PL teams. The same is likely to happen for Harvey Elliot etc. Aston Villa have started to do similar with 'local' youngsters, the majority of whom will end up not quite making it at PL level, but be flogged off to Championship, L1 teams at a later stage. A bit like that youngster we sold to Everton, or Charlie McCann to Man Utd; a lot of these kids will not progress through their original clubs and get proper game time until much older than they would previously had - really sad,

Harvey Elliot for one looks good enough to make it at Liverpool.

I thought Harvey Elliott was tragically killed at Elland Road?
This one of the potential problems of looking at that market. Even if they're being released for free, chances re that they will have earned a significant wage at that club and so will probably have wage demands that are higher than up and coming players for lower divisions.Good points - interesting to see the likes of Liverpool achieving big sums for players who can't make it at Anfield .
