Disagree. We need to look at the timelines. The Leeds Roma incident. The Manchester airport. The girls in Southport. To separate them from what's happening would be wrong. There has clearly been footage of rioters smashing stuff up and the police standing back. There was also that racist attack, when a bloke clearly punches an innocent black guy in the face and the police are there in the background and do nothing.
I am sure there will be loads of footage from both sides that could be used to prove a point.
There is a clear difference though between people standing with machetes and knives and people actually charging at a building with intent to burn down and enter the building, or set it on fire
