With the madness of the ticketing situation almost at an end, may as well start this one early, as like me, I'm guessing everyone is buzzing with anticipation.
The Gills fans I've spoken to reckon they will line up something like this:
Bywater
Fish - Egan - Hause - Martin
McGlashan - Morris - Hessenthaler - Dack
Kedwell - McDonald
Subs: G.Morris, Davies, McKain, Pritchard, Dickenson, Norris, German
That is former City loanee Stephen Bywater in goal, who has been known for the odd howler since leaving us.
Joe Martin at left back is a tidy little player, who has good delivery from set pieces (Son of former West Ham player Alvin Martin).
Wingers McGlashan and Dack offer pace and a goal threat.
Big Danny Kedwell up front is a beast of a man, but I'm sure Reda will have him in his back pocket.
And of course there is Cody McDonald, who has been banging them in for fun.
Peter Taylor usually sets them up in a 4-4-2 and likes his sides to play decent football for the most, however they're not afraid of the hitting diagonals to Kedwell with Cody feeding off the knock downs.
I'd expect City to start with:
Allsop
Clarke - Hines - Webster - Johnson - Haynes
O'Brien - Fleck - Swanson
McQuoid - Tudgay
Subs: Burge, Willis, Pugh, Thomas, Coulibaly, Miller, Nouble
Obviously hoping for a City win, but in these type of games literally anything could happen (Cue a drab 0-0)
