That end of July we knocked back £2.5M....I wonder what happened in August.?
Postponement of 3 home games costing close to £1m lost revenue.
On top of that a pitch repair costing god knows how many 100s k.
Really dont think we would gave sold Htam had it not been for shambolic pitch situation.
THE PITCH SITUATION HAS FUCKED US PLAIN AND SIMPLE in August any plan went straight out the window.
Compensation from Wasps should include the difference of Hyam fee. Yes I know its not gonna happen but it's a reality of the pitch situation that's caused us to sell at all and sell cheap.
Very fair question thatIf the owners can't plug the temporary shortfall then really there's no point them being here-any one of us may as well take over if there is no ability to inject funds even via loans.
What you do though is alienate people to fuck so that they won't buy a season ticket next year after enduring a season of shite because you've sold them a fucking shit product. You can't get your money back from a season ticket because a player is sold.
More then likely pay them !Based on the Hyam transfer, we’d probably sell for £1.5m at this point.

Excellent question tooWhat are they going to do when the world cups on and there's no game for a month?
Can’t disagree with this. The one bit missing though is a potential buyer willing to pay what SISU want. This is likely to be influenced by wasps/stadium situation which is still playing out

Given the current world economic situation. Do SISU need to realise some assets for their investors? If so, that might be a reason why they are not able to provide a short term loan [albeit at 17% interest].Can’t disagree with this. Fortunately Clint, the January transfer window is conveniently placed shortly afterwards!
I don't see Godden going. I doubt we could get much of a fee.
I guess the other problem is we have not shifted Kane or Walker either and seems we are not going to
Agree - added to which we have a lot of players coming to the end of their current contracts next summer. Potentially, we will have a very high turn over of players, which will provide both opportunities and risks. Lets hope our recruitment team are going to perform exceptionally well.I've long said a player will clearly be sold in January.
O'Hare, Hamer, Gyokeres and Sheaf all go into the last year of their contracts next summer, and as the former three presumably won't be signing extensions, January offers the only chance for the club to maximise their values.
Excellent workThey're apparently sniffing around, Dave must have done a ring around

If we were proactive we could schedule in a series of home friendlies to keep players fresh and bring in some extra revenue. Capitalise on the extra interest in football which usually happens around World Cup time.
We won't be allowed under the terms of the rent agreement
Didn't we have that home friendly against Wolves last summer?
And swearingMeanwhile on the supporters forum tonight, they'll be asking questions about the shirt sizes and if the JSB party is on.
I literally haven’t heard or seen a thing about this. I could start a thread saying Leeds interest in Vik and this place would go nuts.
Who would touch the club with everything that's gone on recently?
Surely the pitch malarkey would have put off any sensible buyer even if all the other baggage didn't.
While the idea is a decent one, would we really wanting to be playing on that pitch more during the winter months when there's already rugby going on? We could run the risk of injuries if it's deteriorated again and the pitch will need as much rest as possible. If we were proactive we could schedule in a series of home friendlies to keep players fresh and bring in some extra revenue. Yes as a welcome back thing but that would be agreed in advance

Would also have to have agreement with Wasps and all the other bodies like police etc.

Secondly, the Wasps Holdings situation looks more perilous with each day that has passed with no refinancing.
Could we see the stadium be available for sale within the next 3 months?
Alot (not all) of clubs in this league would have made distressed sale of one player (which is what the Hyam sale was).We were told the financial situation was perilous long before the pitch issues
Sell Sheaf? What are they going to do when the world cups on and there's no game for a month?
