Guess The Crowd v Notts County (16 Viewers)

Do the hardcore loyalist with elitist attitudes want a huge crowd cheering the team on or should the club make it ST holders only for the play offs FFS!!! Genuine question? Because I class someone who’s been 3 times as well as someone who’s been to every game as cov fans.

We are all Cov right?

Some go more than others, happens at every club to varying degrees, the variables are endless.

Well there has been significant movement in the Ticket sales by the looks and new blocks to be opened first thing for sure. Not much left on either side now.

The stewards check all tickets prior to entry

In my experience, that’s not the case...

Even at the ticket office, I bought a concession ticket, which is 18-21, told them I was 21, yet... when I told them my account details (active from my days as a ST holder), it would say I’m 23. I am a student, so I’m a concession anyway...

When I had a ST in our first L1 season, I had a ST with my little brother, who wasn’t really interested and I often just took a friend who fancied coming and the ticket was never checked.

Was beginning to think it was just me that was having their ticket checked every week!

They must think we look dodgy, even had the full body search treatment last Saturday.

Probably random drug testing next.

Is the answer 27.2 ?

I've done the concession a few times this season, over 60 so at the turnstiles no problem. But at the ticket office a woman said I looked a lot younger and didn't believe me, it made my day !

Lots of just single seats left all along today, only groups left together are in the family corner. I'd expect them to start opening the north stand today.

Don't get why they check Seniors tickets! Do they really think they might have fancied buying an adult one?! And refuse entry if they had, for paying more?!!

To be honest I thought we'd be doing much better than this. First ever playoff game, Saturday evening and good weather.

Reckon it will be 1k a day till Saturday. Then Saturday alone could well be 5 to 6 k plus sold in whole day of sales including walk ups.

Looking like between 20 to 25k

Part of the problem is there's only really tickets available in the corner at the minute, There's probably quite a few waiting/hoping for tickets behind the goal.
Surely we've got to be getting 20k cov fans there though?
You took the words right out of my mouth.I know a lot of fans that prefer the view behind the goal.

Surely be better to just open the whole North Stand so people have the option to sit behind the goal even if they just initially open the front 15 rows
I believe that Wasps charge us quite a large fee for each block opened hence why it's done one by one.

Correct.

My frustration is the fact we can't sell out a game that is bigger than any other in the past 15 years.

20 odd thousand would still be pretty damn good for 4th division and it's on the telly. Also not everyone can afford 2 home games in a row

It'll be 20k + no problem, it isn't far off the same number of home tickets sold as Saturday, plus there will be an extra 2-3k away fans.

Yep. TV will be a big factor for those with little money to spare.

I see County are struggling with ticket sales. be poor if they don't bring 4k. We on the other hand would sell 7 or 8K at there place.
I think, for the amount of shite we have endured and the fact we are in Div 4...We have great support.

14 sold out, 1 left in 15, 16 singles left in 16, similar number of singles left in 17-22. Must be over 15k now.

They’ll be 25k there easy. Remember they only went on general sale yesterday, add this to the fact a lot of people get paid weekly still, generally a Friday and if the weathers warm, a very decent walk up.
