Paul Harris just said that Chris West had told him that Sisu had been notified of change in direction re: bank loan, ie just bipartate approach to bank. In fact Sisu never informed.
PH wanted confirmation due to ethics.

There may of course be a reasonable explanation for what has been said when CW is allowed to have his say. Quite wrong to label him a liar on a one sided cross examination
Will the whole JR rise or fall on whether SISU got told that 2 out of 3 of the parties are going to approach the Bank. What duty to inform did Charity, Council or ACL have towards SISU?
The logical conclusion would, based on some of the comments here, be that the Charity and Council were not working together....... kind of hard to prove conspiracy between the two if true :thinking about:

Yes but the point is why do it? Did it influence Higgs decision - would they have not agreed to transfer the loan to the Council without West confirming this?
