For the sake of clarity, why did you say thati you were contacted in private by Sisu's legal representatives when you weren't?

Nothing to do with self-aggrandisment at all was it?

Your desperate search for validation on here by playing to the crowd says rather more about yourself than anything I have ever posted.

I previously posted a comment which wad factually correct, in this thread I posted a level of clarity that wasn't previously relevant or asked for. This isn't a great expose. I typed the words myself. If I were playing to the crowd I wouldn't contradict myself, would I?

You're trying overly hard after childishly misreading the accounts. If you're going to try and get even, at least chose a better platform than this one

Am I imaging it or did PWKH not confirm on this site that he had received a letter from sisu lawyer's saying that they were aware that he was posting on here as MMM?

SISU not paying their dues and trying to wriggle out of these obligations through court proceedings (counter claim) - they really do think attack is the best form of defence.

One thing's fore sure; when they leave CCFC, there's gonna be one hell of a party!

No idea who would want to take the club off their hands in its present state, let alone pay them upwards of £40 million for the pleasure. ACL's petition for administration would've done the trick had the crafty sods not put in a debenture 12 months previously...

Nobody will pay that but SISU know they wouldn't be able to command that either - their asking price would be much lowr but they also know they can't trade their way out of an overall loss, just sell up to minimise the loss they do make

This is why getting the Ricoh on the cheap became their main focus once relegation from the Championship made profiting from the club alone a non-starter. Selling the club as a package with a stadium significantly boosts what they can expect to get back.

In the 35th minute of proceedings, the judge asks SISU "Why" didnt you pay. SISU ask that the judge be replaced

Fisher is asked about why they didnt pay their bill and does an amazing step over

When the judge asks ACL why they did'nt simply Evict the Club after two judgements In their favour PWKH naively answers ,well Ma Lud ,"there was a binding lease/Licence we could'nt Dishonour or the Club would have been ejected from the league ".

the judge couldnt decide if the SISU signature on the rental deal was in the right place so they had to refer to the FL who have used technology and determined it wasnt over the line

If SISU win this battle, the draw for who they will sue next, takes places at the end of this week. Watch out for the below numbers

1. Sky Blues Trust
2. SCG
3. ACL
4. CCC
5. The girl who held up the sign
6. CT
7. Compass
8. NTFC
9. Northampton Council
10. Trinity Mirror
11. Higgs again
12. John Sillett
