I’m pretty sure everyone expects the Eu commission to find the same way as every other judgement. Therefore .......You wouldn't think so would you. If the lawyers made a mistake that wasn't spotted then wasps would have a claim against them on their PI insurance. Kind of beggars belief given the history that the lawyers were not extra careful protecting wasps interests
All sides had access to expensive legal advice though, planned accordingly for all their actions and understood the consequences of those actions before taking them.
