According to KC on twitter today the only condition was that the whole deal was looked at by someone independent.
It would be great if both sides had to lay all their reasoning and emails on the table.
Remember the picture of TF pissing himself in court as his counsel grilled PWKH ( I think that's right ) about tying a balloon to Tim's wipers? PWKH claimed that he placed the balloon. That was the Higg's case where SISU had put in a 200,000 counter claim. I can imagine a hearty two fingers from him at SISU's offer. SISU have a different culture to Higg's and CCC. They claim to batter people in court. Maybe they would have done better by running a charm offensive in Cov. I think they have made their own bed and will probably have to lie in it.
Bad example to use that one though, as that's a case brought by Higgs against SISU.

You indicated a few days ago that you'd be taking a step back from posting so frequently once the forum had moved - might be worth giving it a whirl and see how the forum progresses without you jumping in so regularly!
