Remember the picture of TF pissing himself in court as his counsel grilled PWKH ( I think that's right ) about tying a balloon to Tim's wipers? PWKH claimed that he placed the balloon. That was the Higg's case where SISU had put in a 200,000 counter claim. I can imagine a hearty two fingers from him at SISU's offer. SISU have a different culture to Higg's and CCC. They claim to batter people in court. Maybe they would have done better by running a charm offensive in Cov. I think they have made their own bed and will probably have to lie in it.

Bad example to use that one though, as that's a case brought by Higgs against SISU.
Point being...SISU instead of negotiating, slapped a 200000 counter claim against a 30 grand claim on an agreement. They could have discussed it or put an offer in. No, they made it go to a higher court - costing more money all round - and then pissed themselves laughing. Actually a good example as to why this war is still going on and we are in 2 years time, possibly homeless.

As I said a few days ago the tone of this forum is driven entirely by you and this was further demonstrated by you removing a number of post people had made.......or have a clear up as you described it!
People are able to have differing opinions - it's how debates and conversations are conducted but your dismissive/petulant comments or answering questions with questions just means every thread you involve yourself in just spirals downwards.
You indicated a few days ago that you'd be taking a step back from posting so frequently once the forum had moved - might be worth giving it a whirl and see how the forum progresses without you jumping in so regularly!
And before you ask, no it's not because I don't like people disagreeing with me, which seems to be a stock reply you're using with increasing regularity, it's just tiresome seeing the repetitive progression of the posts here.

Especially as you were on here saying how Wasps fans should be allowed to post on here as it isn't breaking the rules.

Couldn't agree more, as someone who lives away from Coventry I have found this forum
invaluable as a viewer for about 3years ,and been posting since Xmas.
But there's a little " click " on here who behave like a group of schoolboys huddling together
And sniggering at everyone else .pitty really if it was just about the football it would be a good
forum, but this is CCFC and if there is one thing we know about CCFC its that it's hardly ever
